Great stay!
Pros:

The hotel was clean in both the lobby and our room. There staff was kind, checked us in and explained what the hotel had to offer.

Cons:

No one's fault, I should have asked. It would have been helpful to have known about the "incidental fee" prior to seeing it on my account. They explained it is a standard fee and would be removed in about five days.

Cons:

I arrived late to check in and at 1:00 in the morning when I was working on papers on my computer the electric went out for no particular reason there was no window storms no nothing and I waited for the backup generator to start and it never did and it got really hot and I couldn't complete my work, when I was checking out I told the hotel clerk what happened and she told me it had nothing to do with them and it they don't have a backup generator and it's not their problem I'll never stay there again.

Staff is useless and clueless.
Pros:

Plenty of parking, everything is nice and clean. Large room and mattress.

Cons:

The front desk did not find our reservation and did NOTHING about it. They offered no alternative, they did not advise if they had available rooms, to call someone, get a Manager, etc...absolutely nothing, I've never seen a front desk that clueless and unhelpful.
We ended up paying for another reservation on site...

Great Location, great value and great breakfast

The housekeeping was a little loud in the morning woke me up
The sheets I think could use an extra rinse. Smelt strong of bleach and made my skin irritated.
