Moi goście zostali błędne poinformowani o braku śniadań, które opłaciłam. Po wyjaśnieniu tej kwestii obsługa zadzwoniła do jednej osoby z 8 i poinformowali o pomylce prosząc o przekazanie innym z grupy. Obsługa zadzwoniła do osoby niepełnoletniej a poza tym to w obowiązkach Obsługa było poinformowanie gości o pomyłce.

Mało haczyków na ręczniki, zabezpieczenie okna umożliwia tylko minimalne otwarcie więc ciężko przewietrzyć pokój, klimatyzacja bez wskaźnika temperatury i niezbyt wydajna.
Słaby sygnał wifi
Bardzo czyste pokoje, bez zarzutu działająca klimatyzacja, zimna woda do picia na każdym piętrze, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja, przepyszne śniadanie. Jak będę w Warszawie na pewno ponownie skorzystam z noclegu.
