Good location and friendly staff, but the room quality and cleanliness were disappointing.
Pros:

The location is excellent, directly above Gothenburg Central Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. It had an unpleasant smell, and the window could barely be opened for fresh air. The view was only into an enclosed internal courtyard, making the room feel dark and closed in. We also found noticeable dust under the sofa, which suggested the room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Another inconvenience was the parking. It is not located in the hotel building but in the Nordstan parking garage several minutes away, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage. Overall, the room did not reflect the quality we expected from the Hyatt brand.

Ubytovanie presne spĺňalo to čo sme hľadali, ľahký prístup ( aj keď parkovanie je v parkovacom dome, cca 5min pešo, prerábka cesty), čistý, skvele zariadený. V centre, krásne prechádzky... Personál s úsmevom na perách a veľmi ústretový. Raňajky skvelé... Odporúčame ❤️
