Location and air-conditioning
Went out to tour and came back to an unlocked room. Didn't feel safe or taken care of. Was in Quebec in major heatwave and aircon barely kept up.

Easy check in even though we arrived after 11pm. Room was comfortable and the large bathtub was very nice after a day of walking. Excellent location and very clean. Parking was right across the street.

Nice small hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location makes it easy to see the sites by walking. Lots of restaurants in the area. Even though the hotel is close to a busy street, we did not find it noisy. They do not have parking on site but there is a parking lot a block away that the Hotel uses that you can access for a fee ($20/day). I would stay here again.
