Pleasant stay at a convenient location.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Location was good. The bathroom was very nice. Great bathtub.

Cons:

I was allergic to the down feathers bedding.

Pros:

The location was great with easy walking distance from the train station The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room was comfortable and a good size for 2 people but it was very dark. The light in the bathroom mirror didn’t work making it hard to shave. And several of the electrical outlets didn’t work. A safety grab bar in the shower would also make it more comfortable.

Pros:

Hotel onesto nella zona del porto di Quebec city. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro storico.
La stanza era ampia e il personale .molto gentile.

Cons:

Purtroppo nella stanza c'era la mouquettes e non aveva un buon adore.

Nice basic hotel, renovated old building in lower part of town
Pros:

Nicely renovated, great shower! Room fairly basic so probably a tad overpriced for what you got. But comfy and clean and helpful desk staff. Ewe had a quiet room at the back

Cons:

No tea!
Other visitors should note that this hotel is in the low part of town and convenient for the train station. You can bus, walk or use funicular to get up to the main town

Pros:

Pas grand chose, à part son emplacement.

Cons:

Tout le reste, le pire rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos. Ne surtout pas réserver dans cet hôtel.

Good, not great hotel.
Pros:

Nice size room that was clean and had modern decor.
Great breakfast at the adjoining restaurant with 15% off for breakfast.

Cons:

Mattress kept siding off the bed.
Bed too small.
View of a garage over the road.
Shower difficult to work.
T.V difficult to work.
No water provided.
Staff could have been more welcoming and helpful.

Étrange qu’aucune femme de chambre n’ ait détecté le problème de la toilette!
Pros:

Le look moderne, l’emplacement.

Cons:

Toilette défectueuse ( sommeil grandement perturbé ),lampe de chevet défectueuse et télé qui ne fonctionnait pas.
