Très bien situé, personnel accueillant mais chambre pas insonorisée
Pros:

Très bien situé, accueil impeccable, personnel sympa.

Cons:

La chambre est petite et mal insonorisée. Pas top la toilette et la douche sur le palier (toilettes pas super propres). Escalier hyper raide pour accéder à la chambre.

Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал на стойке регистрации (он же бар). Хороший завтрак, пусть и не очень разнообразный. Там же на первом этаже можно купить алкогольные и не очень алкогольные напитки, кофе/чай бесплатные. Хороший вид из общей зоны на первом этаже - прямо на каналы и улицу. Отель расположен не в самой гуще событий, но до всего очень близко и в целом месторасположение удачное. Номер был небольшой, без холодильника и чайника/кофемашины, но с феном в ванной комнате. Сама ванная комната нормального размера для этой категории номеров.

Cons:

Это не минус, но обязательно нужно учитывать при бронировании - в отеле нет лифта, а лестницы на верхние этажи экстремально крутые. Если у вас большой и тяжелый чемодан, затаскивать его наверх будет тяжело. И отдельно отметил бы слышимость - из номера вы будете слышать все что происходит на лестнице и в соседних номерах, буквально каждое слово.

We greatly appreciated have two small but powerful fans included in the room, it helped keep the space cool and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfy!

Cons:

It's not really a dislike, just a note. The rooms are small, however, it's not like you are spending much time in them anyway. It's not a negative by any means, just if you are someone who needs more space, you may want to book a larger room.

The staircase 🤭 I think everyone will agree is... interesting. But, it is what it is!

Had a nice stay here. Staff were very friendly!
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location is also good for walking into town centre. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

The stairs, we were on the 4th floor so it was a trek to get suitcases up there
