Pros:

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom and shower were extremely clean. The breakfast was comprehensive and offered many choices. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go.

Pros:

24/7 drink and snack bar is amazing. We love it. They also have a lot option. Breakfast is ok, we did not except too much from that since it is included. Room is clean enough.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small, which made it difficult to shower the kids comfortably. For families traveling with young children, the limited space can be a real challenge.

Another disappointing experience was the lack of information about the EV charging rates. When I asked the staff about the pricing during check-in, they told me to log in to the Tesla app to check. The problem was that the charging rate wasn’t displayed in the app the way it usually is at Tesla Supercharger stations, which was exactly why I asked the hotel staff in the first place. I would have expected the hotel staff to know the basic pricing for a facility provided on their property, or at least know where to find that information.

Cons:

There was an ozone smell in the room when arrived. Felt hard to breathe the first night. Don’t know if an ozone generator was used to sanitize the room, but if so it is important to let the room air out. It can be dangerous for your lungs if not aired out properly.
