Enjoyed our stay here!
Pros:

It was in a good location. Beds were comfortable. They gave us free bus passes while we were there. The bus stopped outside the hotel and it was a quick bus ride into downtown Salzburg. I’d definitely stay here again.

Tolles sauberes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung . Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel, 10 Minuten zur Stadtmitte. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück leider ohne Rührei mit Speck, hätte bei 16 € dabei sein können.

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a clean, modern hotel with excellent public transport connections
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, bright, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We especially appreciated the housekeeping system, which allowed guests to request room cleaning conveniently through a QR code, making it easy to keep the room tidy throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed. The area was quiet, which made for a relaxing experience, while the nearby bus stops provided excellent connections to the city center. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

While our overall stay was very enjoyable, there are a few areas where the experience could be further improved. We arrived shortly after midnight following a long flight and several train journeys. Although we had informed the hotel in advance about our late arrival, we were unexpectedly asked to complete the check-in process using a self-service kiosk. The procedure itself was fairly quick, but after a long day of traveling it came as a surprise and caused a little confusion. A brief notification beforehand or a slightly more streamlined process would have made the arrival experience even smoother.
We also noticed that the sound insulation between rooms could be better, as some noise from neighboring guests was occasionally audible. In addition, while the breakfast was good, we felt that the price was slightly high in relation to the variety and quality offered.
That said, these were relatively minor points in what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well connected to public transport, and offered excellent value for money overall. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Salzburg.
