Ottimo buffet con grande verietà di pietanze
Pros:

Ottimo buffet con grande varietà di pietanze, hotel vicino al lungomare, molto buona la pulizia giornaliera delle camere

Cons:

Nonostante avessimo fatto anche il check-in prima dell'arrivo in Hotel ci è stata negata la camera con letto matrimoniale assegnandoci 2 letti singoli, l'operatrice è stata scortese e non ci ha permesso di parlare con un responsabile.
Pulizia e servizio ai tavoli lascia un po' a desiderare.

Cons:

El hotel aunque está bastante cuidado, necesita una renovación completa. Pues resulta un poco desfasada su decoración y el ambiente en general.

En general, la experiencia fue genial.
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, justo frente a él hay un centro comercial con un supermercado Mercadona. Además, tiene otros servicios muy cerca, al igual que se encuentra muy próximo al mar y al paseo marítimo.
Por otro lado, la amabilidad y el trato del personal es otro punto a favor, hacen que la estancia sea más agradable. Asimismo, el buffet tan completo y variado con alimentos de calidad y sabrosos, sobre todo en el desayuno y la cena, ayuda a que sea un buen hotel donde alojarse.

Cons:

Algo a mejorar son las instalaciones, pues necesitan una renovación, por ejemplo, las puertas de la habitación algo deterioradas, solo hay enchufe en un lado de la cama, los azulejos de la piscina están despegados,, etc.
De igual modo, se debe tener en cuenta la zona donde se ubica el hotel, pues es muy difícil aparcar en la calle y no facilitan a los huéspedes el aparcamiento dentro del parking, ya que no es exclusivo para los clientes. Tienen un número limitado de plazas que se pueden alquilar por días, y cuando estas ya están completas, la única opción que queda es aparcar por horas. Hay veces, como fue un día nuestro caso, que nos vimos sin la posibilidad ni opción de aparcar dentro del parking, aun estando alojados, pues el resto de plazas lo había ocupado gente de fuera. Es decir, que no importa si eres huésped, si hay alguien que no está alojado y aparca antes que tú, tienes que pasar un largo rato dando vueltas por las calles aledañas hasta encontrar un hueco en la calle. Por tanto, consideramos que esto es algo a tener en cuenta para mejorar la calidad del hotel.

An honest review from a family that is realistic and isn't one of those people who find fault with everything
Pros:

This review is coming from someone here right now with her daughter we have been here a week so far let's start with the negatives the pool needs a little mantinance some of the tiles are coming off fix this and it will be a great hotel it doesn't affect the pools use the entertainment is hit and miss the food is pretty good my daughter is a fussy eater but we enjoy the food they have a good selection and we haven't had to eat out so we fussy eaters have found something we like the rooms are clean and tidy the beds are so comfy the staff are really nice there are shops and bars close by the beach is a bit of a let down but the hotel its self I would definitely visit again this review is from someone who is realistic and doesn't expect 5 star hotel for this price but its definitely one I would come again to we have had no issues only fault is a few pool tiles come off but doesn't affect use fix this and the hotel would be great

Pros:

Gostei de tudo. O staff é muito simpático e prestável. Tem atividades com jogos durante a tarde. Tudo muito limpo, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Posso dar um exemplo, fiquei um dia a tarde toda no quarto ( tinha apanhado um escaldão e não me apetecia ir para o sol) e a meio da tarde ligaram para o quarto apenas para verificar se eu estava bem e precisava de alguma coisa. Nem todos os hotéis se preocupam com os seus hóspedes dessa forma.
No que toca á comida... Fantástico! Tinha imensa variedade, tudo muito bom. Estão a grelhar as carnes ao momento e podemos ir retirando. Acheio um buffet com muita qualidade. E os empregados de mesa também muito simpáticos.
