El desayuno del bufet muy bueno, y el trato y amabilidad,cercanía,etc de la recepcionista Aída,nos ayudó mucho en todo, super bien informados, un encanto

The hotel has a good location and the food was generally okay. The maintenance team was excellent – any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the maintenance man was particularly helpful. One gentleman on reception was also friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, most of the other staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which had a negative impact on the overall experience. I was also disappointed that there was an extra charge to use the room safe, which I feel should be included. The cocktails were overly sweet and very syrupy, making them difficult to enjoy.

Overall, the location and maintenance service were the highlights of the stay, but the customer service and additional charges let the hotel down.

Me encantó la primera vez que vine, esta vez lo mismo incluso más.

Excelente ubicación, sin palabras.

Buffet y servicios de comida y bebida muy variado, para todos los públicos, muy bueno todo, buenos horarios, nada que mejorar.

Zona de piscina muy cómoda, tranquila y bien distribuida.

Las actividades muy divertidas, para todos los públicos que quieran participar y echar un buen rato.

Y, por último, el trato y buen trabajo en todas las zonas del hotel de los profesionales, en especial recalcar a la animadora Adriana, a la recepcionista Raquel, al limpiador Carlos y la camarera Yolanda, ademas de otros que no me acuerdo de los nombres, pero en general todos profesionales.

Volveré una tercera vez.

Friendly and efficient check in, told us all we need to know, reception are was kept clean and tidy.

Check out was also good and professional on 7th June

A little disappointed with our room as we paid extra which wasn't worth it, but had everything we needed except a kettle so we took our own.

Room 1105, kept clean and tidy by Zarah who was very efficient

For most of our stay, in the restaurant, we were looked after by Dacil who worked very hard, service with a smile!

Food was well presented in both breakfast and dinner plentiful and well cooked.

Still our favourite hotel in Tenerife

Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely area with plenty of shops and restaurants

Lovely hotel very clean room beds were made daily by Carlos. Plenty of variety food wise although there were sprouts on the menu plus a white chocolate fountain for breakfast, very quirky! All the staff were pleasant and helpful.Close to shops and the animal park and a lovely little cafe opposite the hotel. Would definitely recommend and I would go again

Had a fabulous time at Be Live Oratova the hotel was clean and the food was really good although a bit quirky at times like Brussels sprouts for breakfast or white chocolate fountain which just made us giggle. Carlos looked after our room clean towels every day fresh beds it was really lovely. The reception staff were excellent the restaurant staff were fab lunch and dinner as soon as you sat down you were asked what you would like to drink. The bar staff Christian, Renaldo and Alex and entertainment were fabulous it is a multi cultural hotel and we all interacted in our own way and we met some lovely people. Thing's to remember. This is not a party hotel or town. music is not booming out every where. It is very residential. The shopping centre has a burger king and a lovely little bistro cafe l. I had a tiramasu milkshake it was delicious. It literally is a 5 min walk into town from the hotel and the little yellow road train to take you to the zoo you pick up outside macdonalds.

El hotel está céntrico, posee unas habitaciones muy amplias, aunque algo antiguas. Ofrece una gran variedad de comida, tanto para la cena como para el desayuno por lo que es muy fácil componerte un menú agradable a tu gusto.
Nosotros hemos debido salir del hotel un par de días antes de las 7:00 h, cuando se abría el comedor, y nos han proporcionado unos cafés y galletas.

Habitación amplia y cómodas las camas , buena terraza, y muy buena ubicación
