Bufette escaso, enfocado al turismo y muy baja calidad.
Instalaciones antiguas y deficientes.

Se estropeó la caldera el 1er dia y no ofrecieron nada.

El servicio es incomparable, son muy atentos. La calidad del hotel es muy buena. Y la comida estupenda. Lo volvería a repetir una y otra vez.

Me encanto todo, el trato fue increíble una experiencia en familia maravillosa, las habitaciones muy limpias, el personal muy atento y simpático, desde el técnico del aire acondicionado como los chicos del bufet, si no recuerdo mal se llamaban Nico, Iván y Esteban.. entre otros que no recuerdo su nombre, la comida exquisita y muy variada, las animaciones nos encantaron, cantamos y bailamos como locos! En fin era la primera vez que iba y superó mis expectativas volveremos a ir y sin dudar lo recomiendo 100% un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo para desconectar y volver a la rutina con fuerzas..

Lo unico el aparcamiento tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas, casi1 hora buscando aparcamiento

Great location, good hotel with outstanding elements but better for adults than families with children.
Pros:

A lovely resort, felt safe to walk round, cosmopolitan and lively evening atmosphere along the promenade, beautifully maintained, abundance of shops for all budgets and mix of traditional and fast food (shame about graffiti - minor point). Hotel was clean, reception staff very accommodating, dining staff working hard and some were friendly, daily room cleaning staff exceptional, bar staff grumpy and arsey about the number of drinks we were having at once! Evening entertainment was rubbish and not at all what was advertised on the board - which disappeared completely after 3 days. No day entertainment/activities and nothing for the kids. Pool was small and no inflatables allowed as a result. Pool bar snacks available but seemed to be leftover lunch/breakfast stuff. Breakfast and dinner was vast, with so many choices and amazing desserts, could not fault it. Probably a better hotel for couples/adults than families but a great location which we would visit again.

Pros:

Tuvimos muy buena experiencia. Al llegar hubo un malentendido con el pago pero la recepcionista, Miriam, con mucha paciencia consiguió aclararnos el problema además de aconsejarnos lugares por la zona. Reservamos 3 días en el norte y 2 en el sur y sin duda nos habría encantado haber estado los 5 días allí.
El desayuno muy variado y bueno.
La habitación con una vista inmejorable a la playa y al Teide. Sin duda, un privilegio.

Cons:

La única pega que podemos ponerle es lo difícil que es aparcar por la zona.

Но нравилось место расположения. Убирали очень хорошо, было чисто.

Cons:

Очень не понравилось, что за сейф нужно было платить отдельно. Нет денег-нет сейфа. И не понравилось то, что номер был очень подуставший. Пора делать ремонт!
