Bad hotel with loud music
Pros:

Horrible experience. The hotel has live music at night, very very loud and its a small hotel so you literally cannot sleep. The music Sounds as it it was inside your room. The staff did not offer any Solutions, even we express our concern and need to sleep.

Casa Francisco Hotel fue súper agradable, Fue nuestra primer vez en Cuernavaca, El hotel es tranquilo, y nos sentimos agusto y Leo muy atento siempre nos ayudó con cuál quier pregunta y Natasha muy amable y Gabby siempre con una sonrisa y muy atenta con cual quiere pregunta Great Customer Service .. Muchas gracias y Un día regresaremos otra vez .. y Housekeeping siempre tuvo atento de nuestro cuarto

Pros:

Entrando a la habitacion, el lavabo estaba sucio, como si hubieran sacudido una jerga.afuera de la habitacion estuvo siempre estacionado un carrito de limpieza; igual saliendo hay una lona hacia el muro de la propiedad contigua, sucia y colgando. Por el balcón se ve otra propiedad que usan como estacionamiento que es como un tiradero de basura. Hay sillas, mesas, garrafones vacios, basura, desechos, un tendedero, esta anegado, una verdadera verguenza. La habitación muy cómoda pero una lástima que no cuiden esos otros detalles al rededor
