Comfortable stay in a convenient location
Pros:

he room was exactly as shown in the pictures. There is an elevator, although there are a few steps at the entrance. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest. The breakfast was enjoyable, with high-quality products. The location was very convenient for me, with the Annessens metro station less than five minutes away.

Cons:

There were some ongoing renovations in the common areas, but they did not affect my stay or my rest at the hotel.

Decent room, friendly staff, overpriced.
Pros:

Nice large room. Decent breakfast with good coffee. Walking distance station.

Cons:

Signs of incomplete construction in hotel lobbly and dining areas. Room right next to reception, quite a bit of noise due to it. Had a second night at a different hotel and Brussels seems overpriced for what they offer in hotel rooms.

Le lit confortable, la déco sympa

Cons:

Hôtel pas fini encore en travaux le choix a l’entrée grande chambre sans air conditionné ou chambre « normale » mais comme on l’a vu le lendemain il faut laisser l’eau coulée 4-5 minutes pour qu’elle chauffe. Les flexible de douches sont trop courts et donc il faut le caler entre les jambes pour se doucher, la paroi de douche pas assez large donc de l’eau partout en se lavant.
Le ménage n’a pas été fait le premier matin

Good location and good value for money if you are simply looking for a place to sleep.
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable.

Cons:

The condition of the hallways was terrible. The carpets had a very unpleasant smell. In addition, the lighting in the corridors and the color of the walls were very dark, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for us.

Inside the room, the toilet appeared to be dirty and not properly cleaned. Furthermore, the other areas of the hotel were not accessible, as renovation work seemed to be taking place during our stay.

Finally, the view from our room was not pleasant and did not meet our expectations.

très bon séjour , avec possibilités de rayonner dans tout Bruxelles très facilement

proximité des visites ,confort de l'établissement, équipement de la chambre (cafetière, bouilloire etc )
proximité des moyens de transport

Cons:

l'hôtel étant en travaux , la décoration va venir....
le salon d'accueil s'en trouvera plus confortable

Helpful stay, who accommodated me when I had troubke with my room. Clean space

Cons:

This didn't meet my expectations of a 4 star hotel. I had to move rooms because there was no hot water for my shower, and the bed (and pillows) were really uncomfortable. Staff were really helpful with this, and the room I moved to had a much more comfortable bed and a warmer shower, but the air conditioning in the room was broken. Staff provided me with a fan, for which I was very grateful. The towels were rough and a bit thin. The fridge in the room was empty. The gym in the hotel was out of action. I wasn't informed of this until I asked where it was located.
