Highly recommended, best hotel experience on our trip so far.
Pros:

Highly recommended! Loved everything about this hotel, secure luggage lock up, very accommodating staff, beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. The bed was huge and so comfortable, lovely balcony overlooking the road from our 4th floor room and so quiet. Easy walking distance to the Grand Place and loads of bars and restaurants.

Cons:

I wish we stayed more than 1 night here.

Ugodan boravak, ugodno osoblje, čiste sobe, dobar doručak i tih, miran ambijent, a u blizini centra

Doručak je bio dobar, okruženje mirno, intimno. Osoblje je ugodno, nenametljivo, ali srdačno i uslužno. Lokacija je jako dobra, blizu centra i različitih znamenitosti, a za one koji žele osjetiti kako grad diše izvan administrativnog centra idealna lokacija. iako je bilo u fazi renoviranja hotel ima jako lijepo dvorište sa stolovima i stolicama u razini restorana u kojem je dopušteno pušenje

objekt je u bio u fazi renoviranja pa je teško reći što je moglo biti bolje. Za one koji pate od klaustrofobije hodnici na posljednjem katu su pomalo mračni. isto je i sa liftom. Izlazak iz lifta noću i otvaranje dodatnih vrata je malo scary

La localisation, la grandeur de la chambre. Petit-déj. non testé.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation, la réceptionniste nous a promis un dédommagement et je n'ai pas reçu de réponse après avoir écrit à l'hôtel. C'était la canicule et après avoir lu plusieurs commentaires sur Tripadvisor, je ne comprends pas la raison pour laquelle je ne retrouve pas le même genre de déception au niveau de la clim sur Booking ????

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable, bien situé et offrant un excellent accueil.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Bruxelles et des principaux sites touristiques. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

L’isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée, car quelques bruits provenant du couloir étaient perceptibles. La climatisation était un peu difficile à régler.

The hotel is a 10-15 minutes walking to the train station which is not good if you have bags but it has nothing to do with the hotel... The hotel itself is very good we loved it there
