Le professionnalisme du personnel de l'accueil, en particulier Nicole

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas au rendez-vous.
Le ménage était fait chaque jour en 5 minutes dans 1 suite Junior !!!!!

Probably one of the best hotels we ever stayed in, the staff and food were excellent.
Pros:

Food in this hotel is excellent. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, with as much as you can eat and an excellent variety.

Cons:

The only problem we encountered and it's only a small one, is there was no stand for our suitcases in the room, but we managed no problem.

Schön aber Luft nach oben beim Service und bei der Infrastruktur.
Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Umgebung, meist freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Etwas lärmig durch den Innenhof grosser Schall und Verstärkung der Stimmen . Infrastruktur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Abnützung der Möbel gut sichtbar. Trotz viel Werbung war die Vermittlung von Tagesauflügen inexistent. Etwas mehr liebe zum Detail beim Buffet würde sich lohnen. Nüsslisalat war immer schlecht gewaschen und hatte noch Sand daran. Teilweise fehlte das Besteck und Teller oder Schüsselchen.

Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

El buffet atlántic, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena super completo. La cama grande y muy cómoda, ademas buena insonorizacion. Tienen un gimnasio muy completo y la ubicación maravillosa, rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes para pasear

Cons:

Lo único malo es la falta de aparcamiento para los clientes del hotel

Perfect for travelling solo
Pros:

First time on holiday solo, and I picked the perfect place to be. Hotel was beautiful, safe and calm.
Drinks and food were really good no matter where you ate or drank.

Pros:

Todo me pareció excelente y pondría 2 peros:
1. Encontré el espacio del bufet un poco pequeño en relación con los amplios ,variados y confortables comedores.
2. Ausencia de perchas cercanas a la ducha ya que estas estaban situadas en el area del water
Todo lo demás excelente. Un acierto la grán piscina rectangular de agua templada en la que se podía nadar y no como las de forma de riñón de otros hoteles, elegí este hotel por esto.

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. - Vorteilhafte Lage unweit des Meeres. - Tolle Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. - Schön angelegter Pool.

Cons:

Ich hatte zwar ein Zimmer der oberen Kategorie gebucht. Zugewiesen wurde mir dann aber ein Zimmer direkt an der Abluftanlage der nahen Küche; der Motor des Ventilators beeinträchtige das Bedürfnis nach Ruhe, vor allem frühmorgens, aber auch tagsüber und bis in die späten Nachtstunden, enorm. Einmal mehr die Erfahrung: Als Einzelreisender wirst Du ohne Berücksichtigung der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie einfach irgendwo abgeschoben, das sollte nicht sein. Ich durfte im Wochenverlauf dann doch noch einen Zimmerwechsel vornehmen.
