Storage poor in the room. More shelving would work well.
Balcony door a bit worn out and getting a bit difficult to operate.

Surrounding pavements and infrastructure is broken up and in need of repair (more a local government issue).

Pool view room and easy access to beach
We had a deluxe room and in other deluxe Baracelo rooms we received to és and slippers.In this I had to request.
Also 1st night could not use jacuzzi as it was dirty but it was soon cleaned fir us.

Die Nähe zur Strandpromenade direkt durch das Hotel. Alles in der Nähe erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und immer freundlich! Das Buffet war schön aufgebaut und es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Pools angenehm zum schwimmen. Getränke von den Preisen her in Ordnung.
Die Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht sehr gut. Der Whirlpool entwickelte einen ekligen schwarzen Schmutzfilm als ich Wasser eingelassen habe. Konnte ihn nicht benutzen. Habe das Personal höflich darauf hingewiesen und er wurde gesäubert, doch konnte ich ihn vor Ekel leider nicht mehr benutzen! Auch die Böden wurden nicht sorgfältig gereinigt.
Das Besetzen der Liegestühle am frühen Morgen mit Badetüchern und sich dann den ganzen Vormittag nicht blicken lassen finde ich auch nicht schön und gehört untersagt.

Tuvieron un detalle precioso de ponernos la habitación con vistas al mar, decoraron la habitación con pétalos de rosas, fue perfecta nuestra estancia.
Sin duda volveremos.
