Great hotel.
Pros:

This is such a good hotel. Ideally placed. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Staff are superb.
Very well kept (Apart from one small area that needs attention)
Extremely clean.
Great food.
Fair prices
Second time I've been there and will go back again.

Cons:

One small issue that needs addressing. The decking area next to the smaller pool over looking the beach. An area about 8sq metres of decking is loose and is a potential hazard. It needs repairing or replacing. It is a well used area that also serves as a smoking area. Hasnt caused me any issues but does need sorting

Belle expérience dans cet hôtel !
Pros:

La tranquillité, la piscine et la modernité des chambres, la qualité du restaurant

Cons:

Chambres un peu étroites, les boutiques en dessous de l’établissement car je n e m’y attendais pas. Et un coup de propre serait bon.

La variété au petit déjeuner, le personnel du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement

Cons:

Difficulté pour se garer (pas de parking réservé à l’hôtel), la désorganisation de la réception, le niveau de service du personnel, mauvaise gestion des transats à la piscine (beaucoup de gens qui mettent leur serviettes sur les transats puis partent), le pain et les viennoiseries au petit déjeuner ne sont pas bonnes.
Si vous pensiez faire un check in en avance il faut savoir que à Lanzarote aucune exception n’est faite l’heure c’est l’heure, soit 15h même si une chambre est déjà prête!

Un endroit super, avec un personnel souriant et professionnel.
Pros:

La situation géographique est super. Les repas (petit déjeuner et dîner) étaient de très bonne qualité. La taille de la piscine est parfait pour vraiment nager.
Nous avons pris une chambre avec balcon, donnant sur l'océan et c'était magnifique.

Cons:

La chambre était un peu petite, peu de place pour les affaires.
Restauration: Une petite réserve sur la qualité des vins (au verre).
Certaint éléments du mobilier de la chambre étaient un peu vétustes.

Wir können das Hotel rundum weiterempfehlen (sofern man eine Lösung gegen Kakalaken und Liegenfänger findet.
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen (nah am Strand und in der Nähe von Lokalitäten und Shops). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Spa-Bereich, eine Fitness-Area, mehrere Pools und besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Besonders war auch das Essen, was uns morgens wie abends durchweg geschmeckt hat (große Auswahl und abwechslungsreich)

Cons:

Die Kakalaken, welche Abends auf der unteren Ebene immer wieder rumkrabbelten. Auch wenn wir nie in/an einen der Pools waren, war es zum Fremdschämen, dass Gäste ab 7 Uhr ihre Handtücher platzieren und dann Frühstücken gehen. Man sollte die Handtücher einfach vom Personal einsammeln lassen, damit andere Gäste auch nach dem Frühstücken eine Chance auf eine Liege haben.
