Lokalizacja i wyglad hotelu super.
Jedna woda na dzien dobry na 3 osoby. Kolejnego dnia woda nie dostarczona, trzeciego dnia woda dostarczona ale znowu 1 na 3 osoby. Ciekawe czy jakby przyjechała jedna osoba to by otworzyli kartonik 300 ml i wlali do szklanki tylko 100 ml? Woda jest niby dostępna na dole z podajników, ale system segregacji szklanek czystych i brudnych jest wadliwy, wiec nie wiadomo, czy szklanka jest czysta, czy jednak przez kogoś juz uzyta. W pokoju brakekspresu do kawy, co w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym jest niedopuszczalne. Sniadania niby ok, ale brak warzyw, poza kilkoma kawałkami pomidora, papryki i ogórka. Dla osób nie na diecie wegańskiej jest to problem, na szczęście były owoce. Ogolnie hotel ok, ale powinien mieć 4 gwiazdy.

Nous avions une chambre pour trois, le troisième lit n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée, les équipements étaient bien mais sans plus. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, uniquement du café soluble qui n’a pas été renouvelé durant toute la durée de notre séjour, pas d’eau à disposition

Отель находится в спокойной части Бильбао, рядом с прогулочной зоной вдоль реки. Рядом небольшой парк, где тоже приятно пройтись . Лобби отеля впечатляет интересным дизайном с парящими светильниками. На ресепшен очень дружелюбный вежливый персонал. Номера комфортные, довольно свежие. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Спасибо!

Hotel verfügt über Gym (was gut ausgestattet ist und 24/7 offen) sowie einen Pool (ab 10Uhr geöffnet, eher klein für die Größe des Hotels sowie keine Option sich daneben zu setzen / legen mit Stühlen oder Liegen).
Die Lage am Fluss in Nähe eines Parks und des Museums ist gut für fussläufige Touren in die Stadt.
Tiefgarage vorhanden (28€/T).
Es gibt zwei Frühstücksräume - einen für „normale“ Gäste und dann die mit „Level“ Access. Das Frühstück (normal) war top, große Auswahl an Obst, Brotsorten, es gibt warmes Essen sowie süße Teilchen, Gemüse, Säfte ….
Die Zimmer haben im Bad eine volle Ausstattung von Rituals Pflegeprodukten. Es gibt Bademantel / Latschen sowie einen Safe und kleinen Kühlschrank.
Wir waren während Aste Nagusia (der großen Woche) dort - was beim Buchen nicht ausgelobt war. In unmittelbarer Nähe waren zwei Bühnen, die bis weit nach 1Uhr nachts bespielt wurden - in einer Lautstärke als ob es im eigenen Zimmer wäre. Das Personal war kooperativ aber nicht proaktiv, was unsere Beschwerden diesbzgl anging. Wir waren mit Kind (5jahre) dort, was a) on top berechnet wurde (Begründung: verbraucht ja Handtücher etc. —> die wir aber nie zusätzlich ins Doppelzimmer bekommen haben!) und b) wie wir kaum schlafen konnte wg der nächtlichen Lautstärke. Anmerkung: das Fest geht 9 (!) Tage und nicht nur eine Nacht.
Kaffee/Tee wurde nicht immer aufgefüllt (es gab nur einen Wasserkocher und keine Kaffeemaschine im 5* Hotel) und die Bettdecken waren einmal ebenfalls nicht richtig gewechselt, sodass das Innenfutter zu sehen war, was deutliche Flecken (Blut?) hatte - auch das wurde nicht behoben trotz Anmerkung.
Die Klimaanlage riecht etwas merkwürdig.
Alles in allem sowie dem Lautstärkethema war Preis/Leistung für uns in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Zumal das Fest jährlich ist und wir sicher nicht die ersten Gäste waren, die damit überrascht wurden und gerne vor Buchung gewusst hätten, dass dort bis spät im die Nacht laute Musik ist.

Piscina al aire libre con agua con temperatura controlada, solo faltaba tener una zona de tumbonas.
Parking horrible, hay unas columnas con las que casi rozo el coche. 28 euros por noche.
Al llegar la habitación no estaba preparada para 3 personas, aunque es cierto que lo corrigieron muy rapido.
Quería ver el fútbol en el televisor con una app mia, pero el HDMI no funcionaba. Lo pedí todos los dias de mi estancia, me decian en recepción que subiría un tecnico, pero nunca subió.
