Pros:

Colazione abbondante e i centri di interesse erano vicini

Cons:

Non mettevano mai gli asciugamani per due persone e ogni volta dovevo andare a chiederli.
Detergenti per la cura della persona erano scadenti e odoravano di rancido specialmente la crema che mi ha screpolato la pelle del viso e corpo.
Materasso scomodo che ci alzavano la mattina sempre con mal di schiena e ad ogni minimo movimento ogni volta si muoveva tutto il materasso.
Polvere sulle porte, bagno non ripulito bene con specchi sporchi, fuori dal ristorante in veranda la sera che si affaccia al parco la luce era sempre spenta e chiudevano presto.
La piscina era in manutenzione
Abbiamo pagato di più la stanza con preferenza "PARCO" per il silenzio invece era molto rumoroso con area cani che abbaiavano e schiamazzi di gruppi di ragazzi fino a tarda notte, ci avevano rassicurato che era silenzioso
Precisando che amiamo tutti gli animali e la movida ma per noi era un viaggio importante scegliendo il Melia a 5 stelle
Da un albergo di 5 stelle mi aspettavo di più

a refaire cette fois ci pour la détente et la découverte de la ville
Pros:

l'emplacement , avec parking même si celui ci est très raide pour descendre et sortir il ne faut être concentré.

Cons:

hélas je n'ai pu gouter au petit déjeuner car nous avions rv à l'hôpital pour des examens d'une journée il fallait être à jeun, donc sans commentaire sur ce sujet, idem pour le repas que je n'ai pas pu prendre. J'ai signalé à l'accueil quand j'ai payé que les joins de ma douche étaient vieux est sale, moisies ce qui n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de ce niveau j'ai même montré les photos et la vidéo.

It's a Melia - what would you expect!
Pros:

As it's a Melia, expectations were high and we weren't disappointed!
Great location for exploring Bilbao. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Great welcome from hotel. Going for the "level" is well worth it.

Staff at all times friendly and professional. Staff at the level breakfast area espcially impressive.

Det stod at hotellet hadde lydisolering. Det var bare vanlig glass i vinduene. Vi hadde halvpensjon. Middagen var ikke så god, heller ikke frokosten
