Pros:

Beautiful room, fantastic staff, lovely atmosphere. Superb breakfasts.

the hotel is a short walk to a Metro stop and the tram stop which takes you straight into the old town every 10 to 12 minutes.

Great beds and great breakfast with friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice and lots of different fresh fruits

Cons:

Acces door outside near restaurant was closed during the mornings even though lots of guest wanted to leave from that exit to go straight to the Congress center

A perfect holiday
Pros:

We had a beautiful and spacious room on the 9th floor. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning on days that were extremely hot and the quiet. Well rested, we enjoyed a rich and delicious breakfast and were ready to discover Bilbao. The hotel is conveniently located to the Guggenheim Museum. Personally, we also chose to visit the city on foot, as we fell in love with its beautiful architecture. We will certainly come back, as there is more we would like to see, and stay here again. Thank you so much to the whole hotel team!

Solide aber nichts besonders
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer geräumig. Es ist auch sehr ruhig. Und es liegt im Centrum.

Cons:

Die Infrastruktur im Badezimmer ist etwas veraltet. Wir haben in der Bar zu Abend gegessen. Es gibt eine sehr grosse Bar Menü Karte. Leider enttäuschend. Der Burger war ok. Alle anderen Sachen kamen entweder bereits vorbereitet aus dem Kühlschrank oder wurden in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Schade. Sehr lieblos. Ein bisschen mehr Schein wie sein. Parkhaus ist mit 28 Euro pro Nacht relativ teuer. Und es ist ein enges Parkplatz zum reinfahren. Der Pool ist sehr klein - mini und im Schatten gelegen. Es ist keine wirkliche relax Zone.

A brilliantly located comfortable hotel with excellent bar, restaurants and service.
Pros:

Super location next to the park and the river, where Spanish families gather and promenade in the evenings! So simple to walk into the main hub of Bilbao and the Guggenheim museum.
The hotel was lovely and modern, stylish and comfortable.
We are in the bar/ restaurant and the service was excellent. Great selection of wines and food.
The pool is small but we didn’t really have time to utilise the leisure facilities.

Cons:

Our room was large with a great bathroom but located near the lift with a poor view which was a shame but I hadn’t upgraded to a park view so you get what you pay for!!

For almost 400€ a night the quality of the hotel should have been much, much better.
Pros:

The location and breakfast.

Cons:

During a heatwave the air conditioning barely worked. The drain in the bathtub didn’t work. (We had to call for a repairman). There were scuffs on the wall and stains on the carpet. We were totally surprised and outraged by a 55€ charge for a 3’5 kilo dog. (A Maltese).
