La catastrophe pour un 5 étoile… grosse déception

Le hall d’entrée, la bar, l’emplacement

Cons:

L’accueil, chambre salle, personnel pas à l’écoute, aucun service de chambre, un manque d’intimité avec du personnel qui rentre dans la chambre à 9:15 un samedi matin

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooie ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Vriendelijk personeel.

Das Frühstück war super, viel Auswahl an Brot, süßem und auch salzigen Speisen.
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr bequem aber für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder eher ein bisschen klein. Nur 1m40.

Pros:

Prachtig hotel en prachtige kamer. Wij voelden ons direct verwend door de luxe uitstraling.

Cons:

De gehorigheid als de buren bijvoorbeeld de deur dicht lieten vallen en het geluid van buiten. We hadden op iets meer geluidsisolatie gehoopt.
