Bardzo dobre kolacje, pięknie podane. Urozmaicone śniadania. Dystrybutory wody na korytarzach.
Dobre wygłuszenie, choć dość głośna klimatyzacja.
Bardzo pozytywny personel, otwarty, pomocny.
Lokalizacja świetna.
Parking na plus.

Czasowo zamknięta restauracja, o czym informował hotel, nieco psuła klimat porannych śniadań przy dużej liczbie gości.
Ale ... Liczymy że wkrótce, po remoncie znów odwiedzimy hotel i docenimy przeprowadzany remont :)

Hotel w samym centrum Gliwic, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko, prywatny parking. Pokoje małe, ale wystarczające. Dobre śniadania. Personel bardzo miły, zaangażowany, próbujący zminimalizować problemy związane z remontem.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia lub niewielkiego remontu. Na piętrze dystrybutor wody - niedziałający . W częściach wspólnych - hol, restauracja - był prowadzony remont, co nieznacznie przeszkadzało w pobycie. Prywatny parking - dodatkowo płatny. Cena - przy dodatkowo płatnym parkingu i remoncie - powinna być niższa o 20-30%.
