Cons:

Quarto extremamente frio, ar/climatizador que tinha na parede não funcionava. Também era barulhento, no meio da noite tinha barulhos altos de motor e encanamento.

Todo o hotel é perfeito, equipe pronta a atender, equipe que preparou o café da manhã muito solícitos, educados e simpáticos, a recepção também foram ótimos e eficientes nas minhas demandas. Hotel muito bem localizado. Recomendo

Não se trata de não ter gostado, são apenas duas sugestões de melhorias; 1 - a lixeira do banheiro poderia ser um modelo com tampa, por questões higiênicas, 2 - a coberta principal poderia ser maiôs, haja vista que tenho uma altura de 1,8m e a coberta não me cobria por inteiro, mas nada disso desqualifica o local

Somente o café da manhã valeu a pena, os funcionários do café também foram bem simpáticos.

Cons:

Fiquei mais de 3 horas aguardando para fazer check in, POIS NAO HAVIA QUARTO DISPONÍVEL, SENDO QUE O MEU CHECK IN JA HAVIA INICIADO HÁ 2 HORAS, na hora de ir embora outro transtorno no estacionamento.
O elevador não funcionava com os cartões de acesso.
Entre outras reclamações, não volto mais lá e não recomendo pra ninguém.

Tudo aconteceu conforme o esperado

Cons:

Meu único problema foi pontual, com um funcionário do estacionamento, que foi extremamente indelicado com minha nora, e ficou insistindo que deveríamos pagar uma terceira diária para o carro, sendo que entrei no hotel no dia 30 às 06:30h e saí no dia 31 às 20:30h.

Cons:

Barulho muito alto na parte hidráulica
Quando o hóspede do andar superior acionava o chuveiro fazia uma barulho muito alto me acordando isso as 5:30 da manhã e se repetindo ao longo dos dias

Experiencia muito ruim, cobraram o duplo do meu cartao, e ja passaram meses e ainda nao stornaram o dinero. Eu estou insistindo mas so me enrolam. Hotel nao é tudo isso que parece. Cuidado quando pecam para pagar na recepcao. Pagar so pelo aplicativo se nao é GOLPE!!!
