Respectable level of privacy and comfort comfy beds amazing bathroom appart from the floor decent smoking area thats normally an okay place to be. polite and helpfull women staff and cleaners. Happy to facilitate
Creeky floor outdated tv funny herby fragarance outside my room on the last day day/weekday cant be specific as to what it was 👀 i assume if people pay more they feel entitled to bring with them what they are use to doing at home regardless of what anyone else thinks.this is not OKAY. You still have to consider other people that spend there hard earned money to stay here.

Breakfast cold, I got down to breakfast just after it opened at 6am in the hope that it would be warmer than last to - to no avail

Comfy i was told a bath wasnt available and got a room with a bath 🥰 cleaner asked if i wanted clean towels and had a little natter😘 women on reception desk happy really polite and helpfull and welcoming. Really nice stay when the prices are higher
I like a double bed tvs are outdated i sat on my bed and the bed slid out from under me i assume because its on wheels no damage was done. Price was a bit high but i suppose that elevates your company. Lessens the chance of any trouble or unwanted attention
no good experience.
In Arrival I asked to add breakfast and parking to my stay, and the receptionist didn't give me change back and when I mentioned he rudly told me I have six years experience here, how it's possible to make mistake. so he was meant I've lied.
He said I have to wait for next day to get camera check, after camera check they find out I was right but nobody apologized. They only paid my change back.

Very dirty some public hair left behind chair and telephone, lift and along the corridor dirty. The duvet given has blood stain on it. The sink not cleaned. The hotel needs refurbishment to be honest.

There was nothing we didn't like
It was ok but need upgrading, window curtains could close properly, cleaning staff didn't even remove the dirty cups and replace with the clean ones etc all above it was satisfactory.
