Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und doch ein bisschen Abseits. Klein, schön und hat Charm! Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Real Venetian Charm
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Towels were big, There are excellent restaurants practically next door. Really well located right in the heart of Venice. We were coming from a cruise ship about 2 hours away and they were helpful in arranging private transportation.

Cons:

Just be warned that there are stairs up to the room. Venice as a whole is not easy for anyone with any kind of mobility issues

Good spot in Venice!
Pros:

Great location! Easy walk to the main areas! The hotel was easy to find and easy to check into. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I was pleased to find they actually had an elevator too, very convenient with luggage!

Cons:

The doors are very noisy latching and unlatching. I had a detached bathroom so I felt like I was waking people up early by just trying to get ready. It is an older style hotel so not much sound proofing. The water pressure also wasn’t great in the shower.

Pros:

Great location in city centre. Walking distance to San Marco. The breakfast area is small, had to choose prefered time. But good breakfast.

Rooms rather small and quite expensive.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs of which I was grateful for. It's not easy getting around Venice.

Cons:

Shower was like a capsule, you had to be very careful getting in and out. But , in fairness, I had an unusual room bathroom was outside the bedroom

Beautiful authentic Venetian hotel!
Pros:

If you are looking for a modern hotel, then this is not for you, but luckily for us, we were ready to dive into the culture of Venice in this hotel was perfect. The rooms were vintage styled, but very comfortable and clean and the bathroom bathrooms were modern.

Cons:

Breakfast was included and you had to pick your time slot. We chose 830 to 10 but by the time we got down there at 9:15 a lot of the food was gone, & the staff were starting to clean up. They were however quick to bring us anything we asked for.
