מיקום מצוין, חדרים נקיים והאישה בקבלה שקיבלה אותנו מהממת וממש עזרה לנו ונתנה המלצות
האוכל היה ממש מבאס, ומוזר ששירותים כמו סאונה ובריכה הם בתשלום נוסף אבל בסדר, מה שבעיקר אכזב אותנו היה שבאחד הימים אשתי החליקה כי היו המון מים על הרצפה בלי שום סימן ושלט, זה פגע בחווית הטיול ביומיים האחרונים כאב לה ללכת והיא הייתה מלאה סימנים כחולים. כשאמרנו לבחור בקבלה שהיא החליקה כי היו מים על הרצפה הוא אמר שהוא מצטער וזה מבאס וגם לו זה קורה לפעמים, תשובה הזויה לדעתי. קחו אחריות זה בסיסי לשים שלט כשיש מים על הרצפה ולא הגיוני שאורחים יקבלו פציעות ויחליקו. זה היה המון מים!! לא מקצועי בעליל

היו נחמדים ונתנו את החדר כשהגענו ב 11
חדרים קטנים . למרות שהוספנו כסף עבור חדר דלוקס .
במלונות אחרים (לא בפראג) בהם שהינו בדירוג 5 כוכבים ואפילו 4 , החדרים היו גדולים משמעותית עם פינות ישבה מרווחת, אמבטיה וכו.
ביום הראשון ניקו את החדר רק בשלוש אחהצ , הטענה הייתה שהם יכולים לנקות עד חמש כי קודם הצוות מכין חדרים לאורחים החדשים...לאחר התלונה , התחשבו והקפידו לנקות את החדר עד 12 בימים לאחר מכן .
ארוחת בוקר צנועה מאוד . מגוון מצומצם יחסית של סלטים/גבינות/ביצים וכדומה . מאכלים סטנדרטיים. למשל אין מכונת קפה אלא רק קפה פילטר או קפה נמס מגורען אין אומלטים או חביתות בהזמנה אישית וכו .
מעליות איטיות מאוד.רוב הזמן עלינו וירדנו במדרגות . במקרה החדר היה קומה אחת מעל הכניסה

הסיבה שהעדפנו מלון זה על מלונות אחרים היה הכשרות , אך הדבר היחידי שהיה פחות מוצלח זה הארוחות.
1. ארוחת בוקר שניתן לשדרג בקלות עם מאפים טעימים או עוגות חלביות טעימות
2. לגבי הלחמים- לא הוחלפו הלחמים בין הארוחות- בשבת זה מובן, אבל בראשון בבוקר מתבקש לחם טרי ולא מה שנשאר מחמישי....
