На стойке ресепшена работает Степан! Который не подходит для этой работы (с клиентами или гостями).
Нас было 10 человек(семья), и мы получили 4 номера.
В одном номере на троих была сильная вонь из канализации,я обратился к Степану, по его виду я понял что он в курсе,и он попросил работницу напрыскать мне запах (который продержится пару часов и не более) ... я отказался и попросил поменять мне номер .
До Рош Ашана оставалось 2 часа !!
Степан стал мне продавать номер по дороже!!!
Я,естественно сказал что этот запах ваш а не я его привёз и не намерен переплачивать.
Он решил дать мне другой номер намного меньше моего... А время уже поджимало и я опаздывал с дороги и искупаться и переодеться и зажечь свечи на праздник так как жена моя была рядом вместе с чемоданами!
Степан отказывался принять ответственность за неудобства и на чешском языке сказал чтобы я убирался ! Я его понял так как его язык схож с русским, я спросил работницу которая помогала нам общаться что он сказал?! Она сказала >>я не буду этого переводить!!!
Я попросил позвонить начальству! Он звонил и не мог дозвониться, а потом когда уже все спускались на молитву он сделал мне одолжение и сказал что даст номер побольше и оставшуюся сумму заплатить сам...- Тем самым дал мне понять что все эти 5 дней я ему должен и что я здесь за его счёт!!!

Hotel má super polohu pri vlakovej stanici. Super vankúše.
Hotel síce deklaruje 5 hviezd, no personál na recepcii tomu teda nezodpovedá, boli sme svedkami pri checkine vulgarnej komunikacie, bolo im jedno ze sme tam, ziadne odnasanie kufrov. 1000czk zaloha je v poriadku no pri check oute nam ju proste nevratili,
bol by som s tym OK, ale skutocne je personalu jedno ci ste tam, alebo nie. Ranajky su sice bohate, no bez oznacenia alergenov. Ako gluten free clovek nemate sancu. Hotel nepôsobil čisto.
I only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for me. The location in downtown Prague was very convenient, and the hotel was particularly easy for me to get around from, which was important for my knees.
Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room was clean, and it was clear that the bathroom had been recently renovated. Overall, everything was quite nice and comfortable.
I didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the other facilities and services the hotel offers, so unfortunately I can’t comment on those.
The first thing I was asked for was my passport even though I had already paid for the room in advance. I don’t understand why, after everything was prepaid, they couldn’t simply give me the key and let me get on with my stay.
It gave me the feeling that some of the old communist-era mentality is still alive in former communist countries. It’s a small thing, but after a long journey, being confronted with unnecessary bureaucracy at check-in is frustrating.

מלון כשר, שירות אדיב, עזרו לי בקבלה להזמין מקומות ישיבה באוטובוס מחוץ לעיר, יש שמירת חפצים בעזיבה, שמרו לי דברים במקרר שלהם.
המיקום לא על המרכז, דורש עשר דקות הליכה.

The room
Great location with convenient proximity to the city center and main tourist attractions. Beautiful and modern rooms, with hot water and very good water pressure in the bathroom. Very high standard of cleanliness, and the kosher meals were delicious and varied.
However, the hotel is located next to a main road and traffic noise leaks into the room. Additionally, the highway directly faces the rooms, making it impossible to open the windows for fresh air.
