Gute Lage, sauber, aber Personal und Frühstück enttäuschend.
Pros:

Zimmer und Anlage waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig genug um den Massen zu entkommen, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Wir haben bekommen was gebucht war, und eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die beim Check-in sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Cons:

Das Personal war überwiegend unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war eine große Enttäuschung: sehr geringe Auswahl, der Kaffee war ungenießbar und das Angebot insgesamt nicht lecker. Wir haben letztendlich extern gefrühstückt. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist zudem sehr steil und schräg, mit einem langen Fahrzeug setzt das Auto auf. Für Kleinwagen dürfte es jedoch kein Problem sein.

Estadia recomendable
Pros:

Destaco la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones se encontraban limpias, y el check-in disponible las 24 horas resulta muy conveniente. Además, el hotel ofrece para la venta artículos personales, bebidas y snacks, lo que es un buen complemento para la estadía. En el desayuno destaca la amplia variedad de productos dulces.

Cons:

Como punto negativo, en el desayuno ofrecían pan rebanado tipo molde, pero también una pieza grande de pan estilo ciabatta que debía ser cortada por los propios huéspedes. Esto implicaba que cada persona tomara el pan con las manos para poder rebanarlo según su preferencia, lo que resultaba en una manipulación constante del mismo. En mi opinión, esta práctica es poco higiénica y podría mejorarse ofreciendo el pan ya porcionado o utilizando utensilios adecuados para su manipulación.

Volvería a este hotel.
Pros:

La habitación y áreas comunes muy bien, la habitación un poco pequeña pero estaba bien, estaba limpia y el desayuno muy bien, con buen horario para poder disfrutar del desayuno sin necesidad de madrugar.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tenía aire central o Split, sino un aparato o aire acondicionado tipo torre que había que tener cuidado que no se saliera el tubo de la ventana la ventana había que dejarla abierta), pero nada que no tuviera solución.
