It offers good value for money. The hotel was clean, the elevators worked without issues, and luggage carts were available. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Parking is available either at the hotel or in a lot across the street (free of charge), and there is direct access to the beach. The bar has a nice atmosphere (though we didn't order anything there), and the hotel offers free ice and coffee—I love that. The room was spacious, well-lit, and air-conditioned; the 5th-floor room offered a great view of the Gulf, just as promised. The amenities are a bit dated but functional, and the plastic chairs on the balcony were clean. There were plenty of clean towels and sheets, and the kitchen was clean.
The pool lacks lighting at night —it is really dim—so that is something that should be improved in the short term.

The convenience of everything in one location was very nice.
Completely filthy. Wasn't cleaned from previous visitors. The elevator box is a joke, you have to push buttons on both elevators to get just 1 to work.

Needs a serious remodel. Please don't go by the pictures from their page. Very deceiving. It's nothing like what I thought I was reserving. We will never return here.

The price doesn't match the hotel's quality; upon arrival, the room was dirty—the bathroom floor was stained, the shower was dripping, the mattresses were misshapen, and the cups were unclean. If you're looking to save money and plan to fit six people in the room, it's a good deal, but overall, the hotel is a dump; the only good thing is that it's right across from the beach.
el precio no es lo que vale el hotel al llegar la habitacion estaba sucia, el piso del bano manchado la ducha goteaba, los colchones deformados los vasos estaban sucios. si vas en plan de ahorra y se van a quedar 6 personas en la habitacion es un buen negocio pero en general el hotel es un desastre lo unico bueno es que esta al frente de la playa
Beach on the site and the view for the balcony, was great. The beds were ok .
The noise from the A/C at night was loud ( needs new A/C), the parking lot is not sufficient for all the people and we have to park almost every day , across the street , which was no light at all so dark , that you need a flashlight !!!
It was shitty from get go i arrived at 4 pm checked in got to my room stayed locked out over 1 hour in heat because the keypad didn't work mind you I still at to check out at 10 the shower didn't work if we left the room had to get maintenance to open the door it was my birthday and such a freaking waste of money time and my patience not to mention the lady at front desk was very rude I went up and down them steps to keep getting key cards that didn't work not even a sorry I used to visit this hotel often but never again will I waste my time and please booking never suggest this to me again

#1 THE TIKI BAR-The bartender APRIL made our visit absolutely fantastic. She had amazing vibes and alway had a smile and good attitude.
#2 LOCATION- Right on the beach. Cant get better than that. THE SAND BAR and WHISKEYS are walking distance bars. If you don’t want to drive, very easy walk to Pier Park sober. Then $10 Uber back.
The staff were great. Very easy to talk to and check in and check out were so easy. FILL REGISTRATION BEFORE YOU GET THERE. Makes it so much easier.
It’s an older building. Can’t expect it to be absolutely perfect. For the price and the location its beats a lot of the other hotels. The roof and walls are a little scuffed🤷♂️
