It was clean, the location's good, staff's friendly. There was a good kitchen and a great shower.

Jederzeit gern wieder!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, optimale, sehr ruhige Lage im Zentrum mit hübschem Innenhof. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gab es ganz in der Nähe (U-Bahn, Bus und Tram), Einkaufsmöglichkeit an der nächsten Strassenecke.

Pros:

Огромный номер, с высоченными потолками. В номере есть всё нужное, включая стиральную машину, посудомойку, плиту с вытяжкой, микроволновку, холодильник и морозилку. Полноценная квартира с великолепным ремонтом. Завтрак очень обильный и очень вкусный. Большое спасибо милым администраторам на ресепшен!

Відпочивала з дітьми, тому для дітей також класні умови.

Great location, modern room, comfortable bed.
Front desk staff were great!

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but the staff didn't take care about refills so you would often find 3-4 types of food missing.

4 times out of 5, the coffee mugs were not available.

I had a feeling they had 10-15 mugs for the whole hotel and would leave the tray empty for hours. You would see this even during breakfast but always in the afternoon or evenings.

We had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. Someone forgot to open the cereal containers and when we wanted to pick them up, they spilled out. It happens. However, the lady from the kitchen was very unpleasant. That was the only unpleasant experience. The reception staff was great. The room was clean, looked like new and well equipped. Close to the center. Close to the station. I recommend
