We stayed for one night, but wish we sould have stayed longer. The staff was very professional but also very nice and welcoming. There are special events each night. We got to enjoy hot chocolate the night we stayed. Forest Suites is centrally located and a short walk away from Heavenly Village. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Overall it for family
I just love it
All the activities such as swimming pool , hot tub, massage , gameroom
Relaxation vacation
This is the answer and I will be back with my family again and again
Nothing its perfect
Nice located hotel , only a few steps from the gondola, stores and restaurants.
Furniture is outdated and the breakfast has not enough options.
This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. The room felt extremely dated and worn out, with furniture and finishes that looked far past their prime. The couch was dirty and ripped, and both the pillows and blankets had a bad smell. The sheets seemed freshly cleaned, but the blanket between them was unpleasant enough that we didn’t want to use it. Paint throughout the room was chipped and dirty, and everything just felt tired and neglected.
The bathroom situation was also rough. The hall shower was missing the door, and the shower head leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom.
To be fair, it seemed like housekeeping cleaned the room as well as they could, but there is only so much they can do when the room itself is in such poor condition.
Had this not been a holiday weekend and a tournament gathering spot, we absolutely would have left and stayed somewhere else. The required three-night minimum made the experience even more frustrating considering the cost and inconvenient parking situation. We would have happily spent more money for a comfortable stay elsewhere, because this hotel simply did not deliver anything close to the value it charges for.
早餐不错,房间够大,适合家庭
房间通风不佳,空气不新鲜,停车收费20刀,其实酒店位置已远离湖边
It was good an quiet, room was really big with separate bedroom.
Furniture was old but seemed like they where starting to update it.
Ubicación
Desayuno
Para nosotros fue muy cómodo el personal muy amable el cuarto muy limpio esta en una ubicación perfecta me encantó por supuesto no volveremos hospedar en hotel.
Room was pretty spacious. Good breakfast. Very close to the downtown Tahoe.
The room are very old. They are too noisy by any chance if you take a room downstairs, even a simplest of the work upstairs would disturb your sleep.
The location of this resort is hard to beat—it's just a short 0.5-mile walk to the Village, the gondola, and the Stateline. For a stay in early May, the price point was very reasonable. We stayed in a spacious suite that featured two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a pull-out sofa. While the master bathroom was nice, the second bathroom could use some attention. The shower in the second bath felt dated, even having some aluminum foil around the top. The sliding doors on that shower are also a bit tricky; you have to ensure one side is completely closed to prevent water from leaking, which makes getting in and out a tight squeeze.Overall, it’s a great spot for the price and location, but the second shower definitely shows the hotel's age

The entire resort had a welcoming warmth that was very inviting. The lobby was beautand the room itself was amazing. Great location. The room was clean and full of amenities. The hot tub and pool area was very nice.
The gym equipment was a little outdated.
