Disappointed, not a five star stay

Cons:

The staff at breakfast did neither greet us or help us unless we kept waiving them for a long time and had to follow them, even though the place was empty and we were the only guests. The breakfast buffet was also lacking, the trays were not filled and the options were low quality. The so called spa is only one sauna room. This is far away from the five star experience we paid for.

A comfortable central stay in sopot
Pros:

Quality of robes, slippers, bedsheets towels pillows were excellent. Decor and room colours, woodwork wardrobe was beautiful and practical, pretty window, good blackout curtains, view excellent, room temperature control good, lovely lancome products.

Lovely to have a free concert on the first night in the bar.

Cons:

Shower gel dispenser was broken. No soap bar provided. Downstairs area very limited. Food was local style rather than international menu so not really an option for lunch or dinner.

Pros:

The hotel is located literally steps away from the railway station and just a 10-minute walk from the jetty and the beach, which makes the location extremely convenient while still peaceful and quiet.

I stay there every year, and each time I’m impressed by the standard of service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Despite the central location, the rooms are very quiet, with virtually no noise coming in from outside.

Mmmmh.
Pros:

Wir kennen die MGallery Collections Hotels, finden sie sehr gut und schön und haben daher auch in Sopot eines ihrer Häuser gewählt und nicht Hilton et al. Zum ersten Mal waren wir nicht zufrieden - siehe unten.

Cons:

Wir haben als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht. Im einen Zimmer kam beim Lavabo kein Wasser. Kein Entgegenkommen, kein anderes Zimmer trotz kaum voll besetztem Hotel, sondern der Trost, dass nach unserer Abreise am anderen Morgen dann der "Techniker"käme. Wasser zum Zähneputzen gab es erst auf konkrete Nachfrage. Guter Service ist anders, sorry! Was die Lage betrifft: Die Hotels am Strand sind definitiv im Vorteil in Sopot; die Lage ist überbewertet.

Polecam i jeśli tylko będę w Sopocie, wrócę do tego hotelu, bo naprawdę spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja - wszystkie strategiczne miejsca (dworzec PKP, molo i plaża, Monciak) w zasięgu spaceru. Śniadanie urozmaicone, smaczne. Czysto i przyjemnie dla oka - piękny butikowy hotel, w którym naprawdę warto się zatrzymać.
