Fine, but too expensive
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Our server was not so nice- looked like he was in a bad mood.
The grounds & outdoor facilities were gorgeous, but we didn’t get to enjoy them since we were only there one night

Cons:

The room is very need of modernizing- especially the living room area & bathroom. For such a large amount of $, the room should have been MUCH nicer

One of the best properties in Springdale with perfect location at entrance of Zion
Pros:

Perfect location to explore Zion (next to park entrance walking). Pool with views. Many rooms with mountain views (not mine unfortunately). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grounds are beautiful, next to river bank.

Cons:

Pools and hot tubs are a little dated and surrounded by gates that somewhat hide part of the views, but still nice and worth it. Unfortunate timing for septic tanks cleanup mid day during my stay (better not be around lol). Otherwise one of the best properties in Springdale.

Exceptional Hotel
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center.
The reception staff were very polite and helpful.
The breakfast was exceptional and delightful.
The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a great pool area.
On-site parking was very convenient, and the complimentary laundry room was well-equipped.

Cons:

The room space was a bit small for all our luggage.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, toll gelegen, in den zwei Tagen die wir dort waren leider mit ein paar Macken
Pros:

Tolle Lage, geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Apartment mit Blick auf den Pool und den Fluß. Zwei große Bäder, Gasgrill auf dem Balkon, schöne Anlage, zwei Pools, viele Grillstellen am Flußufer, ruhig, Küchenzeile vorhanden, Güstrow-Laundry, ganztägig Kaffee und Wasser verfügbar.

Cons:

Bauarbeiten in der eigentlich tolle. Gartenanlage, mit Lärm und Schmutz.
In einem Bad ließ sich die Badewanne nicht füllen, weil das Wasser nur als Rinnsal lief.
In der Guest-Laundry funktionierte nur eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, aus einem Angebot von drei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trocknern.
Das Personal am Checkin und beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück standen wir 5 Minuten, ohne dass jemand zu uns gekommen wäre, obwohl Personal vor Ort war, das nichts zu tun hatte. Wir sind dann in ein Café gegangen.
Und beim Checkin wurde uns auch gesagt, dass wir informiert werden, wenn unser Zimmer früher fertig ist (zugegeben, wir waren zu früh dort, es hat leider in Strömen geregnet), dass ist aber nie passiert. Als wir dann 20 min vor der eigentlichen Einchecken-Zeit nochmals nachgefragt haben, war unser Raum fertig und zwar schon seit längerem. Statt dessen saßen wir zwei Stunden im Auto und haben gewartet. Wenn man anbietet den Gast zu kontaktieren, sollte man dies auch tun.

Perfetto per famiglie. Accesso in 3 min al parco zion
Pros:

Albergo in posizione strategica accanto all’ingresso del parco Zion! La struttura è bellissima ma le stanze sono sicuramente da rinnovare. Gli ambienti comuni come il giardino e le piscine sono veramente comodi con i bambini. Il ristorante è assolutamente da evitare: trascurato, cibo pessimo, servizio disattento.
