Pros:

The staff here are fantastic. Probably the most friendly and helpful of any hotel we stayed at in the USA.

The hotel has plenty of options for coffee, drinks and food. We upgraded to Lounge 24 on check in. We probably didnt use it to the full extent but only 15 a person for a higher room and access was great.

The pool area is great and has an excellent view.

Cons:

There were no negatives about this hotel.
