More restaurant choices would've been nice.
I came with the Barbie convention. Not only was the wait on elevators slow, the elevator controls stopped working for several floors. It happened to me on the 10th floor on the 4th day of my stay. The hotel did put uo signage for their freight elevators which were faster.

It was mostly clean and location was good. Size of room was good.
Body wash and hair wash hasn’t been replaced so was empty and housekeeping knocking on the door 8.20am was far too early then again at 9.45.
Alyssa was absolutely amazing and informative on the many options Hilton offers and Austin has locally.
Room was great and the best customer service.
Rooms were spacious and clean, and location was good. Also hotel has a good gym and pool facilities. Parking is available but quite expensive.
Parking was expensive. House keeping knocks at the door before 9:00am and wake us up. In the 2nd day someone knocked and actually opened the door immediately and then disappeared. This was annoying and unprofessional. Hair dryer was very dirty, I had to ask for it to be replaced, also water was blocked in the sink and the safe was not working in one of the rooms.

Quick visit to downtown Austin, we stayed on the 21st floor (I think) and had adjoining rooms with our teenage daughters. The rooms were great! Lots of storage (I'm an unpacker), the beds are SO COMFY!!! Very clean, and comfy/nice vibe. Great view of downtown. In our room we had a King bed (did I mention sooo comfy???), separate living area with couch and TV plus large dining table, the adjoining room had a small table/chairs and 2 beds. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with bar, cabanas, and lounge chairs. Nice. Fitness center. Room service. And lobby bar/restaurant, all great. The location is perfect, close to "all the things". The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Every time we come we notice this. Love this hotel!
No towels in steam room and my soap container had no soap in the shower.
