Pros:

Tilava rakennus, vastaanotossa oli ystävällinen henkilö ja aamupala erinomainen. Aamupala oli terveellinen ja proteiinipitoinen, puuro hyvin herkullista. Ravintolassa erittäin hyvä ja maukas ruoka. Plussaa oli myös se, että respasta sai ilmaiseksi hakea vesipulloja. Hotellilta helppo lähteä rantabulevardille lenkille ja siitä rantaa pitkin nähtävyyksiä katsomaan.

Cons:

Sängyt olivat huonot, eikä suihkussa ollut kunnon vedenpainetta.

Żenująco źle!
Pros:

Jestem bardzo zawiedziona! 2 miesiące po rezerwacji i jeden dzień przed przyjazdem dostałam informację, że będzie konferencja i hałas do 4. Więc zapytałam, dlaczego zostałam tak potraktowana, że mówią mi o tym nawet mniej niż dobę przed przyjazdem, bo teraz dzień przed mam duży problem i muszę znaleźć nocleg w Gdańsku, gdyż to akurat termin oblegany. Więc jakie mają z związku z tym propozycje zadośćuczynienia. Bezczelny pan z recepcji odpowiedział, że nie będzie dla mnie odwoływał konferencji. Dla jednego gościa. Eeee… słucham? Tak się traktuje stałych klientów? I w ogóle klientów? Poszłam spać do koleżanki. Na szczęście wróciła wcześniej. Bardzo nieładnie hotelu. Daje 0 gwiazdek i więcej nie wrócę. I opowiem wszystkim znajomym.

To jak zostałam potraktowana przez personel. Żenada i najniższy poziom szacunku! Proponuję przeszkolić personel z dyplomacji i szacunku do klienta.

Mimo rezerwacji pokoju dwa dni przed przybyciem do hotelu i to w sezonie letnim dostaliśmy bardzo duży pokój, gdzie nasz maluszek mógł swobodnie chodzić i się bawić. Posiłki w restauracji hotelowej były bardzo smaczne. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy

Jestem w pełni usatysfakcjonowana pobytem w tym obiekcie
Pros:

Piękny obiekt położony w spokojnej okolicy Gdyni, kilka kroków od morza. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Śniadania przygotowane ze świeżych składników, smaczne. Personel bardzo życzliwy.
P. S. Dania w restauracji genialne, polecam pierogi z jagodami.
