Een top verblijf!!!Echt een aanrader!
Pros:

Het is een groot hotel maar toch heeft het knusse plekjes. De mensen dieet werken waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. Er is een gezellige bar met een pooltafel waar in de avond live muziek gespeeld wordt. Het is op loopafstand van het strand waar gezellige restaurantjes zitten. Ook bij het strand kun je heerlijk liggen en huur je een bedje en parasol met wifi en water voor weinig. De gym is groot en er staat veel apparatuur.

Cons:

Wij kunnen niks bedenken wat ons niet beviel.

It was a wonderful, grand hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Breakfast was brilliant, so much variety.
The Cafe was brilliant, very good food all day.
The room met our needs, they let us check in early and set up an extra bed for a child.
Very grand and nice hotel.

Cons:

The sports bar during world cup! 2am, 4am, wild loud cheering could be heard. Also, we could hear next door mosque call to prayer sometimes.
Staff were surprised to be asked about booking tours at reception. Apparently nobody has ever asked for that before. Also they only had a map for their local shuttle bus, no tourist map for walking the local area. It is hard to find out where things are, where to go. There weren't signs directing you to the gym/spa either. Staff have difficulty answering questions in english. The surrounding area was difficult to walk due to the sheer amount of traffic, and poor conditions of the footpaths and road.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel! Piscine immense, personnel bienveillant, buffet déjeuner parfait, très bon resto, chambres propres et confortables!
Je recommande chaudement!

Cons:

Overall, it was a great stay, but it wasn't the best if you are a stickler for hygiene.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and services are very quick. The breakfast buffet had some unique Balinese foods.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. The bedding are moist when we got there. There were stains on sheets and blanks.

Mi è piaciuto molto la struttura molto maestosa, i dettagli come gli addobbi per il mondiale, la presenza di molti servizi e attività come la spa o il padel. La stanza è accogliente e pulita, molto accessoriata e moderna.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la possibilità di non poter aprire le finestre (camera senza balcone) e consiglio vivamente di cambiare l'aspetto dell'ascensore interno perchè fa venire il mal di stomaco (tematizzato pub irlandese)

Bali first timer
Pros:

I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of Food selections. I also loved the gym and sauna area . It was amazing going to the gym and then getting to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi and ice bath!!

Cons:

The restaurant had limited options of food choices . Maybe its just me not sure but I didn't really enjoy dining in.The pool area was always crowded in front of our room. We booked pool a access room and it looks like the best access was right in front of our room so we didn't really have the joy and liberty of a private view. Each time we came out there were already people sitting outside in front of our room.

Don’t come if you’re a non-smoker!!
Pros:

The food was nice, staff was friendly enough.

Cons:

The fact that we had a pool access room and people will right up near our door moving the lounge chairs, smoking, this result would do much better if they had designated smoking areas.
We had a couple of cockroaches visit us in our room.
