Notre séjour au Prime Plaza Hotel a malheureusement été une grande déception dès notre arrivée.
Nous sommes arrivés un jour où une festivité semblait avoir lieu au sein de l'établissement. L'hôtel était extrêmement bruyant et bondé, ce qui n'était pas du tout l'ambiance que nous recherchions pour nos vacances.
Autre mauvaise surprise : la chambre que nous avions réservée plus de six mois à l'avance n'était finalement plus disponible. Le personnel nous a annoncé un surclassement, ce qui semblait au premier abord être une bonne nouvelle. Malheureusement, la réalité était tout autre. La chambre attribuée était petite, vétuste et particulièrement poussiéreuse. Quant à la salle de bain, elle était dans un état peu satisfaisant, avec notamment des joints de douche noircis qui donnaient une impression générale de manque d'entretien.
Nous avons malgré tout tenté de profiter des infrastructures de l'hôtel. La piscine nous a également déçus. C'est une pataugeoire. Les transats étaient usés, sales et certains semblaient même abîmés. Les jolis transats immergés mis en avant sur les photos ne reflètent pas leur état réel.
Nous avons ensuite commandé deux cocktails au bar, mais ils étaient tellement fades et sans saveur que nous ne les avons même pas terminés.
Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 3 et 4 étoiles à Bali, nous estimons sincèrement que cet établissement ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité attendu pour cette catégorie. Le tarif attractif s'explique malheureusement par les nombreuses lacunes constatées.
Notre déception a été telle que nous avons demandé à quitter l'hôtel le jour même. Le personnel ne s'est montré ni surpris par notre demande ni particulièrement concerné par les remarques concernant la propreté de la chambre. Aucune vérification n'a été effectuée malgré nos signalements. Nous avons néanmoins été facturés de la première nuit alors que nous n'avons finalement pas séjourné sur place.
L’emplacement est idéal pour se promener le long de la plage.
La piscine est grande et le buffet est immense
Les chambres étaient très humides et cela se sentait à l’odeur de l’humidité ne quittait pas la chambre.
Certaines de nos affaires commençaient à laisser apparaître des taches de moisissures.
C’est vraiment le gros point noir de notre séjour.
Perfect location for catching a early morning ferry from the harbour the next day, huge rooms and value for money.

The hotel was very clean, everyone there is super nice, top notch service, the breakfast buffet delicious and changes every day.
Pool was clean and very large, and it has a lot of Indonesian culture on it.
Also has 2 great paddle board courts and one for pickle ball.
