A very pleasant family friendly option not too far from central Sanur
Pros:

Great staff. Very clean. Good gluten free options. Very nice two bedroom suite. Exceptionally quiet with no issue sleeping.

Een fijn hotel waar ik zeker nog terug kom.
Pros:

Het was voor mij de 2e keer dat ik in Prime Plaza verbleef. Wat mij betreft een top hotel. Groots en ruim opgezet, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De restaurants met Europese, Aziatische en uiteraard Indonesische gerechten zijn werkelijk uitstekend. Het voltallige personeel, van bagagist tot kamermeisjes/jongens, schoonmakers, horecabediening en front office/receptiemedewerkers, is goed getraind, zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht.

Cons:

De goedkoopste kamers met uitzicht op zwembad/tuin zijn enigszins verouderd en zouden eigenlijk moeten worden gerenoveerd. Dit geldt tevens voor de (te kleine) badkamer. Ik heb een kijkje genomen in de 'premier kamer' en die zag er veel beter uit met een moderne en ruim opgezette badkamer. De koffie uit de koffiemachine bij het ontbijt is niet geweldig.

Pros:

De locatie is top!, het ontbijt is zeer uitvebreid en voortreffelijk.. Staf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Lange loopafstanden.in het hotel.We misten een desk/staf kdie je helpt met het uitzoeken van trips en actkviteiten,. Echter lokale taxi ichauffejrz biedrb snel een verltal aan .mogelijkhedrn

Personel hotelu super. Baseny bardzo fajne. Śniadanie smaczne z większym wyborem niż przeciętnie w hotelach na Bali. Blisko promenady z wieloma restauracjami. Blisko portu skąd można popłynąć na inne wyspy.

Loved the location!!!
Just a couple of 100mtrs to sanur boardwalk where the dining options are endless. Nice cafe's if you turn left at the beach or traditional if you go right. Nice walk down to icon Bali as well.
Really enjoyed our week stay.
