Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. La colazione a buffet era davvero eccellente: c’era una grandissima scelta tra dolce e salato e tutto era molto buono.
Un gesto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stato quando, avendo un tour guidato molto presto la mattina, ci hanno permesso di fare colazione prima dell’orario previsto. Davvero un’attenzione al cliente che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
Apprezzata anche la posizione, si può raggiungere a piedi il porto di Sanur.

What a wonderful venue. The breakfast was amazing and the staff are very helpful. Will definitely come back to stay.
The breakfast every morning was bountiful with lots of choices. The caramel coffee was fantastic and so are the bakery.
We wish we would have gotten a bigger room on higher floor instead of 2nd floor.

Our stay could have been better. We were a group of 11 women. I come here every year and I was always very enthusiastic about this hotel, which is why I booked it again. However, a lot of things have changed, and unfortunately the group was not impressed with the hotel, which is a real shame.
However my most recent stay in April 2026 was disappointing. The rooms are dated, I had a room by the pool, for which you pay a bit extra, but the room felt damp and humid. The air conditioning could not really be adjusted properly and was too cold. Everywhere they seem to be renovating and upgrading the rooms, which causes some disruption. It was also quite noisy, with a lot of sound coming from the tennis and padel courts. All in all, I am no longer satisfied with this hotel, which is a shame.
The staff is still friendly, as always. The breakfast buffet is still extensive, with both Western and Asian options, including many freshly prepared dishes. Swimming pool is wonderful, restaurant is great

Arrived at the hotel with our family for 4 nights , Saw the the rooms and their conditions and inmediate checked out….. what a terrible experience after seen so many nice accomodaties in Bali. This was a total dissapointment.
Nice resort hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. Shuttle to grocery store and beach, though its 5 minute walk to beach and takes less time. Pools and pool chairs are nice for swimming and relaxing. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Room cleaned well every day. Super friendly staff. Restaurant was good for dinner.
Laundry was expensive, was way less to take to laundromat less than five minutes away.
The pool was great but very difficult to get out of if you weren’t young - no railings

Von mir volle Punktzahl. Service super. Frühstück einfach mega. Mehr Auswahl geht nicht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und konnten alle Englisch.
Der Pool ist Klasse. Er ist schön langgezogen sodass für alle Platz ist. Lage ist sehr nah zum Strand (höchstens 10 min zu Fuß). Einigermaßen sinnvolle Restaurants gibt es Richtung Strand für Touripreise. Wenn man gute Einheimische sucht muss man etwas weiter in Richtung Stadtmitte.
Die Preise in der Poolbar und für das Essen auf dem Zimmer waren ok.
Der Pool könnte den ein oder anderen Sonnenschirm mehr gebrauchen.
