Excellent stay with great access, service and affordability.
Pros:

Very hospitable and kind staff, attentive and informative. My room was cleaned every day and stocked up on water and towels. Cleaner was very kind and offered more water which was great considering it was quite hot in summer. It was very easy to check in and out, the location was also great, accessible to bikes, metro and cars.

Overall, we had a great stay!!
Pros:

Great hotel!! I don't understand why so many people complain considering the price. The location is excellent! The beds are incredibly comfortable and very large!! The room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels daily as well. There is a family mart, macdonalds and gym next door.

Cons:

The carpet was a little dirty and the WIFI didn’t work, but if that's the worst thing... ;)

订房时写明到店付款，入住日期前一天凌晨收到来自booking.com邮件: "交易被拒。请查看您的信用卡信息，或使用其它卡片。" 打了酒店电话，说我提供的银行卡是失效卡，需重新提供其他銀行卡，否则预订会取消。这样我又提供了其他银行卡，酒店还是说银行卡都是失效卡。隔天查了银行账户，一张银行卡被扣了钱又马上返还到该帐户。另一张银行卡同样扣了钱至今未返还。
