Cons:

订房时写明到店付款，入住日期前一天凌晨收到来自booking.com邮件: "交易被拒。请查看您的信用卡信息，或使用其它卡片。" 打了酒店电话，说我提供的银行卡是失效卡，需重新提供其他銀行卡，否则预订会取消。这样我又提供了其他银行卡，酒店还是说银行卡都是失效卡。隔天查了银行账户，一张银行卡被扣了钱又马上返还到该帐户。另一张银行卡同样扣了钱至今未返还。

Hotel surrounded by a noisy construction site

The bed

Cons:

The hotel was surrounded by a construction site. So so so noisy. I'm exhausted after staying there for 2 nights. I have attached a photo, but I also took a video recording. I asked the staff for a partial refund, and I think I deserve one, but the staff laughed at me when I raised my issue. So disappointing.

Fine, the wifi does not work.
Cons:

The wifi is terrible. I asked before checking in a few days before and they said the wifi does work. IT DOES not. I ended up using an Esim and more of a cost.

C’est vraiment un très bon hôtel bien situé et parfait pour un court séjour, le petit déjeuner est copieux !

Cons:

Seulement les bruits de travaux juste à côté de l’hôtel sinon rien à reprocher !

Good value in good location near to Laoximen station with comfy bed, fridge and nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Reasonable choice. Beds were comfortable. Room had mini fridge. Staff were pleasant. In walking distance to several places - Yu Garden 20 min, Bund 25 min, French concession 25 min. Near to Laoximen metro station(5 min walk). Mini mart close by. Lots of restaurants opposite hotel.

Cons:

It was a bit old and tired and I didn’t like the shower over bath. But for the price it met our needs.

Очень нравится расположение этого отеля и отзывчивость персонала ( принять посылки , пополнить алипей или вызвать такси- ни в чем не отказывали ). Отличные завтраки .Останавливаемся в нем не в первый раз и всегда все хорошо !

Cons:

Единственное , что не понятно - ковролин в пятнах … сейчас все прекрасно чистится , но ковролин и в коридорах и номерах грязный . Хотя постельное белье и полотенца - идеально чистые и белоснежные !

La Struttura e’ molto vecchia stanze veramente fatiscenti anni 80 vasca ingiallita , lavandino incollato col colla evidente , la puzza di moquette da non poter stare in stanza infatti spruzzavamo profumo … Wi-Fi al non funzionante in nessuna camera … ma la cosa peggiore e’ che avevamo una camera ad angolo al 12 piano che si affacciava su un cantiere che lavoravano in continuazione così io e’ mio marito dopo la prima notte senza aver dormito avevamo chiesto di farci cambiare stanza metterci dall’altro lato dove non stava il cantiere ci e’ stato rifiutato dicendoci di no , mio marito gli ha anche detto ci rilascerò una recensione negativa ha risposto “ chi se ne frega”insomma , non abbiamo dormito per 4 notti … credo che dovete imparare un po ad ascoltare ed aiutare il cliente per qualche problema che ha nel vostro hotel , tra l’altro abbiamo pagato anche parecchio … non ve lo consiglio trovate altro … il peggiore del mio viaggio in Cina dopo 6 alberghi in 25 giorni

Emplacement

Extrêmement bruyant avec le chantier qui commence dès 6:30 du matin jusqu'à minuit.
