Cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé à Shanghai on a tout à proximité, restaurant métro quartier très calme par contre c'est vrai que c'est un hôtel qui est un peu vieillissant

The room was clean and spacious with a single and a double bed, it had good views of the city and about a 5 minute walk to the right of the hotel to get to local eating places. Opposite was an upmarket shopping centre with western food. The on-site laundry was convenient with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers and you can either use Alipay or the reception can exchange coins for you to use the machines.

facilities were not in the greatest state
L’hôtel n’est pas très loin de la station Laoximen qui est sur 2 lignes, c’est pratique (lignes 8 et 10)
Il est possible de se rendre à pied au Jardin et marché Yuyuan qui se trouve à 15 minutes
Le Bund à 30 minutes (à pied) mais ça reste faisable ou sinon en métro direct
La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable avec une superbe vue
La télévision fonctionne très bien (avec des programmes gratuits), la climatisation aussi
Par contre le wifi a un peu de mal
Il y a un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire
La salle de bain est très bien
C’est une baignoire avec un bon débit et eau chaude à toute heure
(je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner)
Je recommande (dans 6 mois, lorsqu’il n’y aura plus les travaux autour…)
Attention, il y a actuellement de gros travaux tout autour de l’hôtel, c’est donc très bruyant de 7h à 21h (et même jusqu’au 16eme étage)

As I read the comment about the dirty carpet I never thought it can be that dirty, that it really was-I found very unrespectful. In the room there is no air conditioner, but only an old ventilation, making too much noise, even if you switch the speed at level 1-nothing changes. the window couldn't be open or closed.
The location was good. Near a metro station and a new mall.
They were upgrading while we were there - starting at 7am on my floor. Major building project also happening outside and that was smashing away from 6am - 10pm
Great location near the subway, there is also few cafes nearby. The room was quite large with comfortable beds.
There are only two washing machines and two dryers in the laundry room, so I had to wait for a turn. There isn't really a gym—just two pieces of exercise equipment on the ground floor. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was limited.
