Beautiful hotel in a really good location within really easy walking distance to all the food places and wee shops… great staff also…
BUT and it’s a big thing…
Do not book sea facing rooms if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night… there’s a pop up niteclub at the waters edge that went on until 2:30 am both of those nights
And it was loud
Unless you like that kind of thing obvs
Apart from that it would have been an easy 5 star so if you are staying during the week you’ll love it (the Sunday was peaceful)

We were extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel.

We paid €80 for valet parking, yet it took 45 minutes for our car to be returned. What made the experience even more frustrating was that our car had been sitting outside the hotel for at least 15 minutes without anyone informing us it was ready. To make matters worse, the car had been parked far from the hotel. If we were going to the airport, we would had lost our flight.

Instead of apologizing for the delay, the staff repeatedly insisted it was “only two minutes,” even though we had clearly seen the car waiting there for the last 15 minutes. The lack of accountability was also appalling.

The service issues didn’t end there. The bellman mistakenly gave our luggage to another guest, and someone nearly walked away with our belongings. This was completely unacceptable and could have resulted in lost luggage.

For a hotel charging premium prices, we expected a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, the valet and baggage handling were poorly managed, and the staff’s response made the situation even worse. We would not expect this level of service from a hotel in this price range.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast (with helpful attentive staff) and lovely infinity pool.

Beautiful luxury hotel with large rooms and an attentive staff. Thank you to Cristian, Antonino, and I believe her name was Marilisa but I might be getting the name wrong as I was in a rush when I asked, but those 3 as well as the rest of the staff made our stay very special. Perfect location as well.

Check you bill when checking out as they slip in a tax / tip non compulsory percentage for staff which i picked up on .
It is OPTIONAL but easy to miss .
I thought this was cheeky as id rather be asked and add it rather than just slip it in and not be noticed ?
The roof top is sensational but run by a bossy lady who can be annoying .
They take external bookings for the roof top and pool and do not prioritise hotel guests which i believe is unacceptable and poor !

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The building is gorgeous, full of charm, beautifully kept, in a great location. The pool was heaven on a hot afternoon after having been out all day, however the staff are the real jewels in this hotel. Every single member of the team made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back.
