Overall I will give more than average for this hotel at this price.
Pros:

Location is very good. Nearby shopping malls, market and restaurants. Md. Sameer Khan from the hotel staff was very-very good. Very polite and very helpful.

Cons:

In comparison room is a bit small. Also other amenities can be added like a swimming pool & a good gym at this price. They didn’t provide room service for me for heating my food. The front desk person told to come down with the food sign some document and heat it there. I was reverse for me in other hotel, it was room service.

Very clean, met the standards and well above, to be honest I was surprised by the professionalism of the staff, including Bella who spoke really good English and was very kind and helpful throughout the stay.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, café gratuit dans le hall de l’hôtel. Vue magnifique sur nanjing road.

Cons:

Équipement moyen pour un 5 hotel, petit déjeuner correcte mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Chambre petite par rapport au standing. C’est plus une chambre de Holiday inn Express. Le personnel lors du checkin pourrait être plus accueillant.
