Everything was excellent
The hotel was updated and clean. All of the staff was very friendly nas helpful. Check in was easy, had a drink at the bar they were very nice and friendly, and the housekeeping staff was so nice.

I like the fact it was clean...quiet...had a walk in shower.
I was referred there by my son.....who has stayed there many times.
I also would put in a referral to anyone going in that area.

The pool was nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds.
The staff was horrible rude and inconsiderate, the security guy was a creep and the key cards stopped working literally 6 times and I was only there for 1 night!
The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub and workout gym was great for my child, he loved the chicken tenders. And cookies from desk. It’s a nice set up with the lobby and bistro. We did not have breakfast @bistro.Complementary Starbuck’s brew would be so appreciated.
There was a constant noise in hall, flapping or opening/closing all night maybe from ice machine or electrical room. I had specifically asked for *not those locations.* it kept us awake. The highway noise is there too- but doable over the hallway noise.
The staff, the pool, and it was clean
No microwave in room, no free coffee in lobby, breakfast we didn't even try because it was WAY over priced. 15.00 for eggs. I could have gone next door to Residence by Marriott and got a better deal. I don't believe the amount we paid was worth it. I'm not sure we would stay here again

Insecte dans la chambre de la grosseur d’un 10 cents. Mentionné lors du Check out. Ils se sont excusés mais je crois qu’ils auraient dû offrir un rabais sur la chambre. J’ai payé plus de 400 $ can pour une nuut. Je crois que c’est trop cher pour avoir un insecte dans la chambre. Je ne suis pas satisfaite. Nous irons souvent à Smithfield pour les 4 prochaines années. Très peu de chance que nous retournions à cette hôtel. Insonorisation plutot moyenne aussi.
