Great location and a very glam hotel
Room felt a bit too small but nothing else. The quality of the room was fantastic
Easily the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever enjoyed at a hotel! The room was so quiet that I barely heard anyone around us moving about. The room was small but well appointed. It was very clean and the location on Cuba Street was really convenient and close to everything we needed.

It was frustratingly hard to get hold of reception on the phone, when advertised in compendium to do so for food service. Ended up having to go to talk to them face to face.
