Loved it!! Would be so happy to stay here again.

So central and beautiful interior! Also really quiet for the location.

Pros:

Quality of accommodation, querky, fun, good location

Cons:

Twin room was actually 2 x single beds. I booked and got caught out as usually a twin would be minimum 2 x Double beds. One of my Business reps fell out of bed due to the size on the first night. Not sure how that can be made clearer? Or if I just didn't read all the info :-(

Good location in city centre
Pros:

Good location on Cuba street and easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The room and hotel were way too hot (the heating must have been turned up) and this made it hard to sleep at night. The room was a lot smaller than expected- if we had had a suitcase it would be really hard to open on the floor.

We struck a pretty bad week weather wise but otherwise enjoyed Wellington

Locality was perfect.

Cons:

this may sound strange in the middle of winter but the uncontrollable heat in the room and on that second floor was ridiculous . there was a fan in the room but the heat was too much for it. Opening the windows had the blinds and curtains flapping. Result was very poor sleeps. The shower flooded under the door and so the towels were all soaked each day trying to dry the floor. also the cold water was always warm no matter how long you run it. Some basic maintenance needing done surely.
