Hotel was great. Staff was helpful. Be careful if you get a taxi from the hotel. We had one great driver who was kind and reasonable. However, the one ordered by the hotel to take us to the airport was rude, drove erratically (and I know how Dominicans drive so I am not ignorant to it), and charged me almost double because I did not ask the price ahead of time. Then swore at me when I questioned the price.
I do not recommend this place. I felt trapped with my vehicle, and it was very noisy at night. The room only had half a roll of toilet paper, and the air conditioning was not very good.
The breakfast was disappointing and extremely expensive. It was not worth the price and to include it, especially since there are much better options nearby.
I also observed employees talking over the uncovered food at the breakfast counter. There were workers on both sides of the counter, and the ham and cheese were left exposed.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, but overall my experience was terrible. Be careful with the wine stored in the refrigerator, as some bottles had a significant amount of residue at the bottom.
The bathroom was tiny, and the furniture was outdated and dusty. The property felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel.
The only positive aspect is its location, which is close to many of the attractions and amenities in Ciudad Colonial.
I almost forgot! Another issue was the excessive noise from the housekeeping staff early in the morning. Cleaning activities and loud conversations in the hallways made it nearly impossible to sleep past 8:00 AM. Guests should be able to rest comfortably, especially while on vacation, but the noise level was disruptive and negatively affected the overall experience.

No hot water which is a basic. Also whoever positioned the power outlets in my room was not using their brain. None beside the bed but in really awkward places so charging devices was challenging
Exelente ubicacion, justo en la zona colonial. las instalaciones son excelentes y cuentan con paqueo.

La ubicación. El desayuno variado pero no tienen opciones para intolerantes a la lactosa. Lo informé y lo consulte. Un queso de cabra o curado no estaria mal incorporar. El cafe riquisimo! Tambien almorce ahi muy rico!
Creo que esta sobrevalorado. La AI me sugirio que tenia buena aislacion acustica. Error. Me asignaron una hab en PB que daba al garage y a una zona donde pasan los empleados. Muchisimo ruido.
Las fotos publicadas creo que no se correspnden con ls hab basica. Seria bueno publicasen las comunes y bo solo las de mejor categoria.
El frigobar estaba roto y no tenia la variedad de bebidas que ofrecen. Cortesia una agua pequeña, 1te y 1 cafe en hab. Por 1usd mas podrian dar agua de litro. No cuesta y son pequeños detalles que suman mucho.

Se monde la ont pas inventé le sourir .la seul chose qui les concerne ses ton argent par tout dans le pays. et sa commence a l'aéroport quand tu mais les pieds et jusqu'à tu retourne a nouveau a l'aéroport.la pire nourriture que jai manger de toute ma vie jen nai même tomber malade.après avoir visité 45 pays jai jamais expirementer une chose comme sa.
