It’s clean and conveniently located.
- A cleaning lady accessed my room in the middle of the afternoon, coincidentally I was getting a nap and with the extra lock, so she couldn’t open the door. I opened the door for her and asked what she needed, then she said that she forgot if she already cleaned the room. She did, that was my check in day. Very strange.
- I also paid for one long bed room through booking and the property said that booking sent the wrong information. I received a full size bed and a twin bed, very disappointing. The employees careless and just look at me and did nothing.
But the hotel is nice, clean and well located.

La ubicacion es excelente, personal muy atento
La habitacion muy incomoda, habia 2 camas una matrimonial y una normal, no se podia abrir los armarios
Elevator too small.
Excellent hotel. I recommend. the place was good nd the location is really secure.
Location is excellent. Hotel has a bar and restaurant. Loved the roof top area to hang out after a day of touring.
The TVs in the rooms don’t work. The rooms need a little TLC.
La ubicación, la comodidad, el desayuno, la habitación.
Todo bien
It was fine
Everything was perfect
This hotel is close to everything you'll need. The bed was quite comfortable, and the entire place was extremely clean. Love the breakfast offerings, which vary every day. Their front-desk crew is fantastic, including German, Rafael, Josue, Geraldo, and Gabriel. Music, drinks, food, a grocery, a pharmacy, the best restaurants nearby, and trips that may be done on foot or by bicycle rental.
If you are private, this hotel has a large open patio at the 4th floor with a beautiful view. They also offer a good bar and great alternatives at the restaurant.
Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was very kind, the food was delicious, and we felt safe throughout our visit.
The only negative experience happened during check-out, when we were charged USD 40 for items we did not consume. It appeared that the housekeeping team may not have removed or properly recorded items consumed by previous guests. We were shown photos of whiskey bottles that the hotel claimed we had consumed, as well as missing snacks from the room tray.
However, nobody staying in the room drinks whiskey, and we did not consume any minibar items or snack packages. I did not want to create a problem at check-out, so I paid the charge. Later, my son went to the lobby to explain the situation, and they showed him the photos.
Perhaps it was simply a misunderstanding, although I cannot be certain. It was the only disappointing part of an otherwise very pleasant stay.
La zona, súper céntrico. Una ubicación súper estratégica
La habitación muy pequeña
Hotel was great. Staff was helpful. Be careful if you get a taxi from the hotel. We had one great driver who was kind and reasonable. However, the one ordered by the hotel to take us to the airport was rude, drove erratically (and I know how Dominicans drive so I am not ignorant to it), and charged me almost double because I did not ask the price ahead of time. Then swore at me when I questioned the price.
I do not recommend this place. I felt trapped with my vehicle, and it was very noisy at night. The room only had half a roll of toilet paper, and the air conditioning was not very good.
The breakfast was disappointing and extremely expensive. It was not worth the price and to include it, especially since there are much better options nearby.
I also observed employees talking over the uncovered food at the breakfast counter. There were workers on both sides of the counter, and the ham and cheese were left exposed.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, but overall my experience was terrible. Be careful with the wine stored in the refrigerator, as some bottles had a significant amount of residue at the bottom.
The bathroom was tiny, and the furniture was outdated and dusty. The property felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel.
The only positive aspect is its location, which is close to many of the attractions and amenities in Ciudad Colonial.
I almost forgot! Another issue was the excessive noise from the housekeeping staff early in the morning. Cleaning activities and loud conversations in the hallways made it nearly impossible to sleep past 8:00 AM. Guests should be able to rest comfortably, especially while on vacation, but the noise level was disruptive and negatively affected the overall experience.
