駐車場がチェックイン時間に満杯。事前予約出来ない。早い者順と言われたが、どこにもそんな案内なし。近くの提携駐車場の案内を間違ってされて、狭い路地に迷いこまされた

Cons:

3人での利用で、予約時は、シングルベッド2つとソファベッド1つの記載だったが、行ってみるとシングルベッド2つと折りたたみの簡易ベッド1つで、ちゃんとベッドが3つ用意されていて良かった。

部屋が広くロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

禁煙が空きがなく喫煙室を予約しましたが、エレベータ降りてすぐに廊下からタバコの匂いがきつくむせるほどでした。部屋もタバコ臭くのどが痛くなるほどでしたので、せめて換気がしたく窓を開けてほしいとお願いしましたが断られ消臭剤で対応するよう言われました。消臭剤レベルでなく壁や絨毯などに染み付いた匂いが酷すぎでした。薬局で強力な消臭剤を購入部屋全体にまき対応しましたが、宿泊客が時間をかけてこのような対応をするのはどうでしょう?浴室も匂いが酷くタオルにまで染み込んでいました。他のホテルで喫煙室には泊まったことありますが、こんなにひどいのは初めてです。その他、換気の音もうるさく気になり熟睡はできませんでした。老朽化が至る所で目立ちましたが広く朝食もいいので、なんとか改善してほしいです。
