Good with price. If cannot tolerate with a bit noise, then better not to choose here.
Pros:

Good location. Cheap, clean with parking.

Cons:

The room wasn't well soundproofed. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and the rooms opposite. And at night, there was also noise, not just from nearby construction work, but also from within the hotel itself. There was a thumping sound.
