I was a loyal customer of this hotel but I doubt I will anymore.

Location of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a non smoking floor but it’s full of cigarette smoke smell along the floor corridor. One of the rooms’ bathroom was infested with little bugs.

退房之后，我存放在客房内的现金发生遗失。房间内的零钱还保留着，但大额钞票全部不见，涉及200新加坡币、10000泰铢以及200元人民币。我立刻通过Booking站内信联系酒店，申请核查保洁记录与走廊监控，希望能够找回财物。
酒店回复监控与保洁记录只可以提供给当地警方，不向住客个人开放。由于我已经回到国内，不方便在当地报警，整件事酒店没有提供任何实际协助。
强烈提醒后续所有旅客：切勿将现金、贵重物品放置在客房内，退房务必反复清点全部个人物品，提高财物安全防范意识。

Cash went missing in my guest room after check‑out. Small change was still left in the room, while all large‑denomination banknotes including 200 Singapore Dollars, 10000 Thai Baht and 200 Chinese Yuan were gone. I immediately contacted the hotel via Booking message, requesting to check housekeeping logs and corridor CCTV footage to recover my belongings.
The hotel replied that CCTV and housekeeping records can only be released to local police and cannot be shared with individual guests. As I am already back in my home country, it is not convenient for me to file a local police report. The hotel offered no practical support throughout the whole process.
Strong warning for future travellers: Never leave cash or valuables inside the room. Double‑check all personal items before check‑out and take good care of your property.
