Great location
Pros:

We like the ability to get a coffee from the lobby for RM$5. The location is great as it is walking distance to the eating streets and local eateries. Staff were friendly, helpful and and nice. They greeted us whenever we were in the lobby.

Cons:

Our room had issues in the bathroom. Water was leaking from the shower or toilet. We also find the room a bit dated and smallish.

推薦選高樓層房間，注意床鋪及塵蟎問題。
Pros:

櫃檯服務人員態度很好，餐廳服務員時刻保持整潔令人感受用心及衛生，地點很好，Grab到附近夜市都只要5-7馬幣，面海房間很美，面都市也有夜景。

Cons:

房間裝潢陳舊，塵蟎過敏者不友善，前兩天床鋪還有傾斜問題，後兩天很ok.

Pros:

Convenient,comfortable,clean.Rooms are quiet and peaceful.Staff are awesome and welcoming.Check in and check out is quick and efficiently managed.Location is perfect.Easy to walk, use Grab or even take free Penang bus.I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Georgetown.
