Pros:

Расположение в самом центре у входа в галерею. Номера чистые, новые и комфортные. Санузел выше всяких похвал. Работа парковщиков отличная! В сильную жару в номере очень прохладно👍

Cons:

Уже несколько лет ездим в этот отель на личном транспорте, мы уже знаем как проехать, а если новичок, то навигатор не даст вам верный ответ( Отелю стоит обратиться к приложению с просьбой уточнить верный путь на картах.

Had a wonderful stay here. Everything met and exceeded my expectations
Pros:

The properties is located just a few steps from major shopping which very convenient for me as that was the purpose of my visit to Milan. The suite was modern, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Magic in Milano
Pros:

our third time at this hotel, and always dependable outstanding service, perfectly well located. Very nice room, spacious, beautifully furnished, and a great welcome amenity!

Excellent Location and Personable Staff Members
Pros:

Literally BANG right next to the Galleria and strategically located between 2 metro stations on line 1 (and 3). Couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Amazing breakfast, intimate staff members, spotless-clean rooms, and if you’re into running outdoor, there’s a nearby park with amazing running routes that you can do. So glad I stayed here.

Knocked it our of the Park (Hyatt)
Pros:

I’ve been eager to stay at Park Hyatt Milano for years and finally did and it was truly incredible. From the moment I interacted with the door team to the moment I left every staff member was professional, kind, attentive and really made me feel taken care of. Nicola and his concierge team not only recommended an incredible restaurant, but arranged for us to have the best table with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. The front desk agent offered us coffees while we waited for our room. The doorman, which I had gotten his name, was the best! So kinds and sweet and helpful, saw us taking a selfie and offered to take the photo for us, gave us waters, helpful directions, was always so kind and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I asked for an extra wine glass from the bar and they ensured it was the proper type of glass— small detail but shows how attentive the staff is. Truly was a luxe and wonderful experience all around! Knocked it out of the Park

Pros:

Wonderful location and a very beautiful hotel. My room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, attentive and helped me with a number of requests. I look forward to going back to the Park Hyatt in Milan.
