Excellent and great value
Pros:

The property was clean, quiet, conveniently located. And the bath towels were the SOFTEST towels I have ever encountered in a hotel, (including luxury resorts that I have stayed at).

Couldn’t have been better
Pros:

Chill & quiet. Except the road right outside. If u need to sleep in u may bring ears buds & play white noise. We had the option to have trash taken out, towels brought new & beds made each day. Good water pressure, TV, fridge. Really needed microwave, but I’m not going to take away a star for that. I think if we go back, we’ll stay there. $430 for 3 nights with indoor pool & hot tub! 1 side faces the mountains so I called & asked for a room with balcony facing mountains. They were happy to make that happen! Plus the biggest surprise benefit was the pizza place next-door, calzone you have to! Lol. A liquor store, if you like to have your drinks across street next door to a Subway (which is great in case the downtown restaurants are full like when we stayed). I feel like I have to say this at least Sam’s pancake house get there before eight and enjoy the best breakfast! Location of Tava was so close to attractions we wanted to see. 5min? garden of the gods, cave of the winds 10 min…about 30 min away may look up Helen Hunt Falls. Worth it! 2 out of 3 of these things are free. Enjoy Colorado. I’m so glad to be home, but I had such a great time.

3 night stay
Pros:

Was a last minute booking and glad we did. Room was clean and towels were soft and clean. We stayed 3 nights. Close to Pikes Peak Rail and Garden of the Gods. Easy access. Breakfast was minimal but good. Pool area was clean.

Clean, comfortable, accommodating and close to our destination of Pike’s Peak and Manitou Springs.
Pros:

Close to our destination, clean, comfortable bed, daily room service, breakfast good as advertised.

Cons:

Did not use the pool or spa due to being indoors. Probably a fine facility, just chose not to be indoors.
