Short stay in Majorca
Pros:

Much quicker and more welcoming check-in than last year, there in no Ms Carla anymore who was very hostile in July 2025. I recommend that if you want to book a room in this hotel use third-party service like booking.com, if you book directly, they don’t afraid if you give unsatisfied opinion about the hotel and you will get a not too desirable room.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing, the room is comfortable, very clean and organized
The food is good and there is a good variety of options
The beach near the hotel is amazing and you can access it easily from the hotel

Absolutely brilliant stay, great weather, food and location.
Pros:

We loved the junior suite we stayed in. The use of massages was very relaxing from Gloria. The variety of the foods and quality exceeded expectations. The sea nearby was super clean and clear.

Cons:

We weren’t there for the entertainment as my partner is pregnant so it was just to catch the sun and sea, but we could hear it until late due to the fact it was right outside where the suites are located.

Location-location-location och ett fantastiskt underhållningsteam under ledning av Carlos
Pros:

Frukosten var bra och mycket att variera på. Lunch var lite enformig och middag bättre variation med olika tema, tex mexikanskt inslag. Poolbaren med snacksmenyn var toppen och där kunde man hitta mer variation om lunchen varit sådär. Utbudet av dryck var riktigt bra.

Cons:

Rumsstandarden väldigt basic. Ett jätteminus var stanken i trapphus och hotellrum från bristfälligt avloppssystem, vilket receptionen förklarade med att hotellet ligger så nära vattnet och när havet stiger kör det upp i avloppssystemet. Detta kan inte förklaras med annat än dålig byggstandard.

La posizione è da favola ,lo staff è impeccabile a cominciare dalla reception con jordi che parla benissimo italiano e sempre pronto ad aiutarti, simpaticissimo,e le donne che delle pulizie in camera fantastiche sempre col sorriso e gentilissime, bar che ve lo dico a fare tutti molto professionali,ristorante ben curato,camerieri sempre pronti a ogni tua richiesta,gentili e sempre col sorriso, e in fine Jacopo,direttore ristorazione e non solo direi,sempre sul pezzo per farti sentire a tuo agio e non solo al ristorante ma in tutta la struttura voto 10,...animazione bella divertente e non oppressiva bravi tutti capo animazione Top.
