Dining are unbearable, other hotels in heatwaves cope. Air conditioning not fit for purpose. Lift to six floor didn’t work, and when fixed broke whilst in there. Never see the pool cleaned, people in there at 1030/11 at night?
A lovely family orientated place to stay, lovely staff, great beach and pool facilities, the food is really good and everyone is friendly. Catered well to my allergy too. The entertainment team were fab! Muchas gracias to you all! Xx
We currently staying at the hotel and it’s not what I expected for the price we paid at the time. Not much cooked food choices, there’s always same dry fruits and cheese boards so there’s no variety different days, food is edible but I had better in other hotels. Also lifts takes ages , there’s always a big queues waiting and inside the lifts is no air and very humid. The hotel buildings itself could have been organised better as it’s quite far to go to buffet and bars. Pools are tiny and not much space, it seems like there’s no rules around pools either as people just jumping in the pools straight when you trying to have relaxing time at the pool with the baby and no splashing.
Nothing
There are every possibility of non functioning of telephone , Air cons, low quality drinks and food. Lowest possible communication by staff. No Vegiterian food.
Lovely hotel in general. Not upto usual Barcelo Standards though.Location is great if you just want to chill, but nothing else there. Bus stop is a ten minute walk. We ordered a taxi one night but it never turned up. Great if you love the sea , within 20m you're swimming! Food and service was all good.Room was good. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the pools, they are way too small for the number of guests. Impossible to move a sunbed as you are tight together with zero space/privacy and the pools themselves were packed. Short of just standing up to cool down is pointless. We got beds and then used the sea which is beautiful.
Do not book this hotel. It’s worst experience of my life time.
Stayed here for a week in July with my partner and 6 month old.
After lots of research we found this to be one of the better hotels to suit our needs and we’re so glad we ended up booking this one. The hotel its elf is set in a residential area but only a 5 minute taxi drive into Magaluf, taxi’s are easy to book in reception and usually arrive within 10 minutes. It’s also set on a small cove so theres direct access to a stunning beach. Check in isn’t until 3pm so we did have to wait for our room to be ready but this was a good opportunity to explore and familiarize ourselves with the hotel. The overall cleanliness was fantastic, with rooms being cleaned everyday and fresh towels if needed. The room was lovely and modern, with a mini fridge, hairdryer and air con which kept the room really cool. The only negative about the rooms was there was no basic amenities like a kettle which is something we needed to make baby bottles, but we knew this before traveling so just took a travel kettle.
The food was absolutely amazing, the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had from a hotel, all meals were piping hot and the chefs kept popping out to make sure everything was well stocked. There were chefs making stuff fresh in-front of you too which was nice to see and this was at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dining staff were helpful and kept the place clean and tidy, we never had to wait for clean cups or plates as this was kept on top of. There was plenty to do for my little one and the entertainment staff were fantastic with her and always made a fuss. I personally would ignore the bad reviews this was 10/10 for us. We honestly cannot fault this hotel we have even made plans to come back next year when we don’t usually return to the same hotel.
me and my wife have just returned from a 4 night break and it was all good room were clean and tidy and made up every day allthough a little early some mornings as we were not with kids
food was great always something different to try
pools were great for a cooling dip
we will defently be back
We visited in June 2026 on our first holiday with our 9 month old. It was beyond perfect. Extra thanks to Noor at the kids club who was incredible. We loved it that much we’ve booked to come back at the end of August! My only suggestion would be for the kids club area to open longer hours as long as kids are supervised otherwise there’s little break from the sun for them.
Just back from 4 days at this hotel.
A shout out to 2 great members of staff. Adrian and Tania who work in the restaurant. Both friendly and attentive.
The food and drink offering is actually pretty good with even some branded drinks on the AI list.
However, this hotel is not great......
1. No mirror or dressing table in the rooms.
2. The pool area was filthy at all times of day. Sand everywhere. When you go down to the pool, plates and cups from the night before were not cleared away so you had to do it yourself.
3. Our check in was very slow and staff didn't seem friendly or know what they were doing.
4. The restaurant is hot and smells of sewage when you walk in
5. Phone in the room didn't work despite reporting it.
6. There is literally nowhere in the evening to cool down. The pool bar remains open but it's hardly a nice place to sit with people still using the pool at 10pm so there is water everywhere and it's not cool.
7. The main bar area opens at 8 and is not air conditioned so nobody sat in it as it was too hot.
8. Nowhere to dry towels so all left over balcony rails
9. People smoking everywhere
10. What is advertised as the 'adult pool' was like a children's nursery.
11. The tables to use by your sun loungers were FILTHY as they were never cleaned.
12. Pay to get clean towels - really?????
So - a disappointing stay and won't return.
Excellent rooms - absolutely amazing friendly and welcoming staff. We were celebrating a friends 50th birthday - we were brought champagne to our dinner table . The location of this hotel is perfect - mixture of pool and beach. My 2nd visit and now my friends wish to return.
nothing - oh the all inclusive should have the option to upgrade to premium drinks without having to choose a drink and have to pay additonal euros at the time. Charge a one of payment for premium spirits, beers and cocktails
I am leaving this review with mixed feelings, as the hotel has great potential, but certain issues completely ruined our stay.
On the positive side, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained on the surface, and the food was decent throughout our visit.
However, the cleanliness is highly questionable. We found live cockroaches inside the sofa in our room, and we spotted them in the dining area as well. This is a serious hygiene violation that cannot be ignored.
Furthermore, the customer service standards drop drastically once you check out. The reception staff is friendly only until they have your money. After checking out, they became unhelpful and dismissive. We requested the key to the changing room—which is advertised as free to use for guests—but they refused to give it to us, rudely suggesting that the public restroom would "be good enough" for us to change in.
A beautiful view and decent food do not compensate for pests and a total lack of basic respect toward guests. I cannot recommend this hotel until they fix their hygiene standards and train their staff in proper customer service.
We went beginning of July. This holiday was our very first abroad holiday and we needed it to relax and have a complete reset, we booked a package inclusive trip, so from airport to hotel including transfers were seamless, we got to the hotel relatively early and got told check in was at 3, so we had to wait around for a little while, but we were able to leave our luggage in their holding room, we explored a little bit, and then my partner asked if we could check in an hour early, the women behind the front desk said we could as our room was ready, so that was a bonus, we went in to our room and the aircon was on, bottles of water in the mini fridge, and the room looked clean and tidy, couldn’t fault the room at all, we decided to go down to the bar near the snack bar, and have a drink, because we were inclusive the menu displayed drinks that were free but I wasn’t sure want to have and the lovely waitress whose name escapes me sadly, chose a San Francisco with vodka drink and it was amazing and she made it perfectly, this was my main drink for the whole trip, we went to the buffets and the food was very tasty and quite a lot of options, so my plate ended up being incredibly colourful, and it was great that we could keep going back up for more, the staff were tentative and worked fast to accommodate, clearing plates and making sure the food was constantly being changed, all very friendly, the staff were great. On one of the nights the same waitress gave us glasses of wine and was always talkative and asking how our trip was going, all in all the holdiay was very relaxing.
If I was to fault anything is that the spa facility near the pool does need updating, and one of the swan jets wasn’t working, the massage was very nice,
would recommend to anyone that needs a getaway, with the beach right there, and also there was a beach bar that wasn’t to do with the hotel but the staff there were also very nice and did offer drinks that we would have at home. 10/10 resort.
