Very good choice in Berlin
Pros:

Excellent location. Walking distance from many of the main sites and 2 blocks away from shopping mall.
Excellent breakfast
Very good bed and silent rooms.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, Service mit kleinen Schwankungen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und einer ausgezeichneten Sauberkeit. Der Zimmerservice war angenehm und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Doormen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker, allerdings auch sehr teuer. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – zentral und dennoch ruhig.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkte auf uns insgesamt etwas dunkel – sowohl die Lobby als auch unser Zimmer, selbst bei sonnigem Wetter. Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar höflich und professionell, wirkte jedoch eher distanziert. Gerade weil es meist ruhig war, hätten wir uns eine etwas herzlichere Begrüßung oder Verabschiedung gewünscht. Nach der Abreise wurden uns zudem Getränke von der Bar bzw. Minibar berechnet, die wir nicht konsumiert hatten, und das Deposit wurde zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis belastet. Beides wurde zwar nach unserer Nachfrage korrigiert, verursachte jedoch unnötigen Aufwand. Insgesamt empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nicht ganz als stimmig.

The best club lounge ever
Pros:

I had a wonderful time at The Ritz-Carlton Berlin!
I visited many Marriott bonvoy hotel lounges but the club lounge of The Ritz-Carlton Berlin is the best.
All stuffs at the lounge are kind and friendly and super nice, especially Domenico is incredible.
I'd like to visit the lounge soon again.
