Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guests first and last name. To check in, it is necessary to fill out the main data of the property's form, which is: full name, CPF (passport in case of foreigners), ID number, full address and telephone.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Triple or quadruple rooms are accommodated with a 90-centimeter extra bed.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. O quarto estava com vazamento de água no banheiro e no quarto na saída da varanda. Também chegamos e nosso quarto não estava liberado, foi liberado somente as 16:00

Hotel bom, ótima localização. Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã razoável. Quarto de tamanho bom, boas roupas de cama e banho.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto é muito ruim. Não tem luz no teto e as laterais são insuficientes. A descarga do banheiro é muito ruim - há um mês fiquei em outro quarto e havia problema semelhante. E o chuveiro é ruim.

Estacionamento do hotel é terceirizado. Não lhe tratam como hóspede. Alguns foram até bem ríspidos para cobrar o pagamento
