Pros:

Garden setting. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms did not have enough power outlets and there were no charging outlets.

Pros:

Location was great . Good bathroom facilities and comfortable.bedsVery quiet Lots of local cafes and restaurants Loved the area.

Cons:

There were stains in the carpet and room was small and old .Breakfast was less than expected. Often ran out of food or could not keep up with replenishing despite lots of staff and few patrons. Staff seemed inexperienced and not very organized but very nice. There were empty containers and when asked about the contents would be told” we ran out”

Quiet location near the park and a short walk to everything.
Pros:

We had the suite with terrace which gave us plenty of room and a great bathroom with good products. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

The towels could have been a bit bigger and more absorbent but this was only a small thing, couldn’t think of anything else.

Dubbel toeristenbelasting

Mooie binnen tuin

Cons:

Zowel aan het in als uitchecken werden we gesommeerd om toeristenbelasting te betalen, terwijl dit reeds via booking betaald was. Mensen, trap hier niet in. Ze proberen het gewoon. Pas na enig stemverheffing bonden ze in.

Nice elegant hotel near the park
Pros:

I liked the location near the Vondelpark and museums, the charming old building, elegant interior and quiet street. I booked larger room on a top floor, so it was spacious and very comfortable. I liked blackout curtains, which made sleeping very comfortable.

Cons:

The towels were with stains, so I don’t know if they were clean or just it could not be removed through normal washing. I noticed that too late, when I got out of the shower. The hotel should consider replacing or renewing the towels. The bed sheets felt quite coarse, I would appreciate softer fabric. However, the stained towels and rough bed linen could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

La posizione vicino ad alcuni musei e fermate dei mezzi pubblici

Cons:

La colazione , mi aspettavo piu scelta soprattutto nella parte dolce con i loro prodotti tipici , assenti
Per bambini o raggazzi piu complicata la colazione , l'adulto si adegua
Il terzo letto una pietà , bassissimo e scomodissimo
Non capisco come faccia ad avere tutte queste recensioni positivi( scelto per questo motivo anche se è carissimo)

Was not impressed given the price.
Cons:

Stairs from the street behind very heavy entrance door.
The room was so small there was no where to place a large bag to open and use it. Room had shutters with no curtains allowing street light in. Staff were helpful but unsmiling.

I had a wonderful stay at Maison ELLE. The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately created a sense of comfort and relaxation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a full day of exploring the city. I also particularly enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere at breakfast. The staff made the mornings feel relaxed and inviting, and it was a lovely way to start each day.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that the corridors are quite narrow, the stairs are steep, and the room was not particularly spacious. However, this felt very much in line with the character and architecture of traditional Dutch townhouses.
