Kurzer Aufenthalt in Luxemburg

Parkplatz.

Cons:

Man bezahlt nicht wenig für den Hund und bekommt nichts dafür, außer ein abgewohntes Zimmer und beim Check in einen Zettel vorgelegt, dass man den Hund nicht alleine am Zimmer lassen darf, den man unterschreiben muss. So eine Information muss sofort nach der Buchung klar u deutlich kommuniziert werden. Wir reisen sehr viel mit unserem Hund, das hatten wir noch nie. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Luxemburg, sonst wäre ich nicht geblieben. Wir waren dann am Abend länger in der Stadt. Also kann man den Wellnessbereich, wenn man mit Hund reist, nicht nützen.
Analkoholischer Cocktail am Abend in der Bar (Hund konnte mitkommen) lieblos hergerichtet u geschmacklich nicht gut, vor allem bei dem Preis. Kaution bei der Anreise, obwohl das Zimmer sofort bezahlt wurde u somit die Kreditkartendaten bekannt sind. Baustelle beim Hotel, keine Information im
Vorfeld darüber. Hotel mit Reisebusgruppen, wirkt alles sehr lieblos u unpersönlich, eben auf Massen ausgelegt.
Frühstück auch sehr unpersönlich, man holt sich alles selber, auch das Besteck.

Pros:

Location tranquilla. Lontana dal centro città ma facilmente raggiungibile con i trasporti pubblici gratuiti. L'ambiente è elegante e pulito. Forse alcuni punti avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (segni su moquette...). Colazione più che sufficiente ma per un 4 stelle e con il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Purtroppo per mancanza di tempo non ho potuto usufruire della wellness area (palestra, piscina).

Luxembourg 4 star not a patch on German 4 star
Pros:

Nice reception, decent size room, nice bathroom

Cons:

A motor of some sort was drumming all night and periodically boosted it's noise.
The mattress was past it's best (sunken in the middle)
I asked the waiter at dinner for a brandy. He went away, came back and said they had no brandy. When I pointed out that there was Remi and Hennesy on the drinks menu, I asked for a Hennesy. I wasn't asked if I would like ice and it turned up with loads. I said I didn't want ice, he said no problem, went away and returned with what seemed to be the same drink as it was ice cold. Not at all professional. When I paid the bill, I mentioned the brandy as I did not drink it and was offered another one at the bar. Not the point, it should never have been taken for granted that I would like ice.
I was not impressed with the price of a small bottle of water either, six euros.
All of the waiters, without exception, looked as if they didn't want to be there.
That said, the sleep experience was the worst of it.

Great value!
Pros:

This is my 2nd time in the hotel and it has all the amenities you need. The staff is really nice, wellness area is good, rooms has a good size and it offers what you need. We also were super well treated by a Cabo Verde guy working in the bar, he was super nice!

Cons:

Our room had a strong smell similar to a wet carpet that was not properly dried but that was mainly close to the door. The shower was not the best but attended our expectations.
