La piscina estaba cerrada y uno se entera estando allá y hacían 34 grados, hubiera sido bueno poder llegar a bañarse o quedarse en el hotel aprovechándola

Cons:

El wifi no funcionó nunca, la habitación tiene hormigas, pedí una habitación tranquila y me pusieron en un zona de paso, por la noche imposible descansar con tanta apertura de puertas.
No me gustaron las maneras de la recepcionista del lunes por la tarde.

Penosa gestión de incidencias, dan largas y no responden. No volveremos.

Cons:

Gestionar problemas con la reserva, se trató con 5 días de antelación un cambio en la reserva. No respondían, remitían al responsable. Se ofreció incluso modificar la reserva a cambio del desayuno, tampoco aceptaron. Ya en el hotel, en recepción, nos comentaron la opción de sustituir la cancelación por un bono para el grupo, pero cuando ya te has ido, te vuelven a decir que no. Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas, evidentemente no volveremos a esta cadena.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí, y todo muy bien, pero esta vez nuestra habitación tenía algunas manchas, en el escritorio y en el suelo, parecía café. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
