Déception totale : infrastructures dégradées et service client déplorable

Hôtel dans un état de délabrement avancé qui ne correspond absolument pas à l’image donnée lors de la réservation.

Les photos de la piscine et du terrain de padel sont particulièrement trompeuses. La piscine était fermée pendant notre séjour, sans qu’aucune information ne nous ait été communiquée au moment de la réservation. Quant au terrain de padel, son état est tellement dégradé qu’il est difficilement utilisable.

La propreté de la chambre laissait également à désirer, avec des draps tachés à notre arrivée, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier.

Le plus décevant reste cependant l’attitude du personnel d’accueil. Au lieu de faire preuve d’écoute et de chercher des solutions face à notre mécontentement, nous avons été confrontés à une attitude défensive, peu professionnelle et parfois agressive. La gestion de l’annulation du reste de notre séjour a été particulièrement désagréable, marquée par un manque de considération et de professionnalisme.

Nous avons finalement écourté notre séjour tant l’écart entre les prestations annoncées et la réalité était important. Une expérience très décevante que nous ne recommandons pas.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel also had good and convenient parking.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the drains, which was also noticeable inside the room. This was the main downside of our stay.

Un Hotelazo en Madrid!
Pros:

Todo me gustó, el personal super atento y amable, la limpieza perfecta, el sitio es precioso acogedor dan ganas de quedarse mas tiempo allí. Un total acierto! 👌

Cons:

Que cerrarán la piscina justo el único día que podíamos disfrutar de ella... haciendo tanto calor aún no entiendo porque las cierran y mas siendo un sitio privado no público 😩

Rather high price for a simple room without breakfast in a location quite far from the city center.
Pros:

Pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

There were some problems with bathroom but they were resolved later. Not clear information about breakfast - it seemed like it was included, but it turned out later that it wasn’t.

Very expensive for what you get :(
Pros:

The hotel is very pretty on the outside. However, the rooms were very outdated, specially the bathroom.

Cons:

It was a very, very expensive stay ($604 euros for 2 nights) for a very standard hotel.

C'était parfait.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le parking fermé, la chambre propre et confortable et le personnel très courtois.
