Great friendly staff, good location close to everything

Great security all doors locked can only be opened with room key,Very close to Victoria and the coach station, number 24 bus stop right outside, great restaurants close bye and the tube 5 minute walk

La propreté, le bon accueil, l'attention et l'amabilité du personnel. Un personnel très compétent, professionnel et toujours à l'écoute.

Cons:

Absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. J'ai eu besoin de glace pour mon entorse de la cheville. Mais le personnel très attentif et très aimable m'en procuré. Je remercie tout le monde.

Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and English style beans. Toast was cold and not crispy. A croissant would have been nice.

Eravamo con nostri artisti e nonostante che si pagasse noi come società non li hanno fatti entrare in camera finì a che non siamo arrivati dopo 8 ore . Mai successo prima! Volevano mia carta già data con Booking per fare il check in del gruppo
