Clean well located hotel
Pros:

Our room was clean and bright. Location was very convenient for Victoria Station. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly. It was good value for London.

Cons:

Our twin bedded room was really too small for 2 people and would have been better as a single. Immediately outside were air conditioning units and a large extractor unit so that there were smells if we opened the window.

Pros:

La ubicación, amabilidad de los recepcionistas y sobre todo el desayuno que venía incluido y es bastante contundente.

Cons:

Las primeras 2 noches nos hospedamos en el segundo piso y tenía aroma a húmedo, hablamos en la recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación eso significó un gasto extra porque la habitación nueva tenía una cama más grande (que necesitábamos) y el precio subió considerablemente por ser fin de semana largo en Londres.

Amazing value for a lovely stay.
Pros:

It was amazing value for the price, very clean, great room for short stay, staff were very helpful with all info given and helping us with directions.
Breakfast was basic but as it was included in with the very low price it was very nice.

Cons:

It would have been good if we could have got some channels on the tv.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of London and within easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace. A bonus was being able to leave our luggage at the hotel prior to check in and then after our night’s stay. A simple continental breakfast was also included which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e charmoso. Nada muito pretencioso, mas bem funcional. O quarto é muito bom. E o local é extremamente seguro. O melhor está na recepção, o Rodrigo (brasileiro) é nota dez.
