Het enige minpuntje was dat het ontbijt heel basic was (wel in orde) en dat de eetruimte, in de kelder, zeer benauwd was (zomerperiode).

Excellent location - great staff, breakfast included
Pros:

The location was excellent - bus stop at the front door goes straight to all the most interesting tourist locations and to Victoria Station. Breakfast (cereal and eggs, toast etc) was also included in the price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There is also a bar if in need of refreshments. There is a lift in the hotel and luggage storage. Our room was air conditioned but we could open the window for fresh air as well. Bed comfortable, shower was hot. Definitely recommend.

Pros:

Location was great next yo bus stop and between Victoria and Pimlico Stations.
Staff were nice. Many thanks to Rodrigo, Ankit and the Lady working in the morning.

Cons:

The only downside is that rooms are bit small and the bed was queen size. You can adjust with that with little bit of time…

Pleasent weekend stay
Pros:

Perfect location, and good sleep. Neighbourhoood wasn't noisy through the night. Staff were polite.

Cons:

Could have the bathroom towels to be lower as they were too high for people who are shorter than 5ft 6. Could have wider selection for breakfast foods.
