Great location for a few nights visit to Wakefield.
Pros:

Location a couple of miles from city centre and quarter of a mile from Wakefield Park. Thus plenty of walks available. Lovely shower with reliable hot water.

Cons:

Bacon overcooked or kept warm for a long time but breakfast was plentiful.
Torn curtains in bedroom.

Pros:

I chose it because it was close to where I wanted to be.

Cons:

Sending a single female guest to the furthest room down the back of what felt like a bushy alleyway. To be safe, I put both chairs from the room behind the door.
