Pros:

Staff were great worked hard to make the tv work and when it didn't they quickly moved us to a new room. The new room was away from the street and much quieter.

Cons:

The area of the hotel is very noisy and parking is difficult.

Love staying here for when attending events at the Paycom Center.

The location to the Paycom Center is the best

Cons:

Don’t get a room on the freeway side of the hotel. You can hear all the loud vehicles racing on Friday night, even on the 8th floor. Request a room on the courtyard side. Much much quieter.

Pros:

Great location, clean hotel. Everything was good. Overall we just stayed overnight so not much time there.

Cons:

Had to pay extra for parking but then the gate to the parking garage was never actually closed so you had to actually get access. Anyone could drive in which was a little unsettling.

Pleasant. But the cockroach was definitely the low point

Location. Close to everything.

Cons:

When I first arrived there was a massive dead cockroach in the bathroom. Made second guess everything. So I ended up pulling sheets back to check for other bugs and roaches. Just made me feel like cock roaches were going to start coming out at night. Saw another bug that morning around the toilet.
