Great value
Pros:

Breakfast selection was great. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Pool was over crowded. Beds were a little hard. TV remote didnt work.

This is a lower-than-budget hotel that has poor customer service and horrible cleanliness.
Pros:

I didn't really like anything about the hotel, other than there was always a parking spot available close to the front door of the hotel.

Cons:

I was in Room 112, which was a room with a joining door to another room. The walls are PAPER thin, so I could hear every single word, extremely clearly, from the room next door, making it impossible to sleep. It also was incredibly invasive and did not permit us to speak freely as I knew the next room could hear my every word. When I told the staff about it, they did nothing. They couldn't move my room over the 3 days I was there, they didn't tell the next room to try and keep it down...nothing was done to help the problem. The rooms were extremely dirty (dirt, stains and muck on walls, rugs, all surfaces), the in-room phone didn't work, and the toilet flushed with the velocity and loudness of an airplane toilet. OUR SHEET HAD A BLOOD STAIN ON IT. I would absolutely never stay here again...I only did because it was the only local hotel with availability for Syracuse's graduation weekend!

Great for the price!
Pros:

The Syracuse Grand was perfect for what we needed. The price was great and very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience.

Everything met our expectations, and it worked out really well during a stressful time for our family. We would definitely return in the future if we ever need to stay in the area again.

Cons:

The hallway smelled like dog - maybe some hallway freshners.

Centrally located but could use some updating. But the price was very affordable.
Pros:

Property is centrally located and easily accessible to Destiny USA and Syracuse University. Breakfast was decent. Some hot items. Convenience store/gas station within walking distance.

Cons:

Rooms were definitely dated. Not enough outlets/USB ports near the bed. Bathroom was also dated. Towels were rough. Shampoo dispenser was empty, which was frustrating because I didn’t know until I was in the shower.

It was clean when you walked in the issue was in my room

Cons:

There was two beds, and as we went to bed, my daughter looked over and noticed that the sheet that wrapped around the bottom part of the bed, definitely looked like it had body fluids on it, and there was dirty fingerprints all around the bathroom door on the inside of the bathroom I come to this place on yours with my children and visit the place probably twice a year, we come for the breakfast and they took away the fresh fruit. They took away the pancake maker. They took away the bacon very little option left. Almost every day we have to ask for towels when we’re swimming with the very limited and they gave us hand towels the last two times.

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel was in the middle of everywhere we need to go. I loved the tree outside the hotel and they had the most phenomenal breakfast. Just an amazing hotel all the way around.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were disrespectful, but hotel staff took care of it immediately.
