Over priced but pay to be close to the beach.

I will start here again.
Pros:

Great stay here. Our first services liason was super friendly and helpful. She sold the place. She needs a raise for going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfy. Great location. No charge for parking was a plus.

Cons:

Having to park so far and out of sight. Paying for breakfast when most offer continental for free.

Overall, tha staff was very friendly especially the older gentleman who picked us up with the golf cart to take us back
Pros:

Location was great to shops, beach, dining etc

Cons:

Parking and lack activities at hotel. Pool closed too early. Paid for a king size room but got a double bed. It was not communicated to us at time of check in .

Favorite hotel!
Pros:

One of our favorite hotels! Walking distance to the beach and rooms are always spotless. Angela at check in is personable and always remembers us when we come to stay!

I would probably not stay on this property again. The room itself was nice, but everything else was a struggle.
Pros:

It was clean, the room was nice, and it was a short walk to the beach

Cons:

Parking is atrocious… they do not have a parking lot, so we had to park down a dirt road half a mile from the property the first night we were there.
There were also not people manning the front desk consistently so it was difficult to get in touch with the staff at times.
I was also promised a resort credit and a late checkout at the time of booking, and neither of those was honored. I again requested a late check out on site, and I was told that the latest they could give me was 30 minutes after the standard checkout time, and anything later would be a fee of $55 per hour. I accepted the checkout time 30 minutes later than standard, but my key stopped working at the standard time and the cleaning staff was knocking on my door at the standard time on the dot to clean the room. I had to tell them that the Front Desk told me I could have 30 more minutes.

It was an alright trip I don’t know that I’ll go back to Hilton head but I for sure would not stay in this hotel again
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel very friendly staff very accommodating

Cons:

I purchased a balcony room almost $500 a night and was not allowed to hit my vape without risking a 250 fine from the hotel and the toilet did not flush properly asked for assistance and I don’t think they ever came and fixed it

Room was nice and clean, staff were very nice. My biggest issue here is the parking, the parking is just very frustratin

Nice stay
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here from June 13-18. Our room was nice, odd set up, there wasn’t a dresser for our clothes. We were told that we had a kitchenette so there wasn’t a dresser! We made it with though. The staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice and breakfast daily was good! Would definitely recommend!

Toco pedir limpiaran y trajeran toallas y jabón el segundo día, creo que pensaron que salíamos y no enviaron a nadie a tender camas no cambiar toallas toco llamar. Y dijeron no mascotas y si las habia.

Hotel was a hotel, Angela is a horrible person for the front desk & Nicki is amazing and deserves a raise and promot

I like the location and the price for the area. It’s always super clean.

Cons:

Angela, the very rude person at the front desk. She has absolutely no business working in customer service and the hospitality industry. She had the most nasty attitude I have ever experienced at a hotel front desk. Nicki was the best person we encountered as Angela’s replacement. Nicki 100% goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is so pleasant and helpful.
