not a bad location -
Pros:

the location is 'OK' - it is across the street from a narrow path to the beach . parking is not great, you have to park a block or two away from the doors to the hotel. the room (204) was ok, clean , good water pressure & firm king bed. they failed to tell us the tv was not ip and operating , blaming spectrum for a fiber problem . if you had a gaming system or member of a streaming service you were in luck - a minor issue, but should have been communicated upon booking/ check in. the desk staff was fine , other than the lack of comm's.. a 15 min walk to the beach entrance & the market area .

Not ideal parking
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was cloudy & dirty. They power washed the area around the pool but didn't clean the pool. Parking situation is less than ideal. Not a good location if you have mobility issues as you have to walk a distance when you park.

Awful Customer Service
Pros:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this hotel multiple opportunities to resolve a billing issue, I feel it’s important to share my experience.

At checkout, I noticed a breakfast charge on our bill even though we never ate breakfast at the hotel. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, and the employee told me she would speak with the manager and call me back. I never received that call.

As Hilton Honors Gold members, we were also supposed to receive a $30 food and beverage credit per night. Since we stayed three nights, we expected $90 in credits, but only received $60.

Over the past three weeks, I’ve called the hotel several times to resolve both issues. Each time, I was told they have a signed receipt for the breakfast charge. I repeatedly asked them to send me a copy of this signed receipt, but they never have. If they truly have a signed receipt, there should be no problem providing it.

I also let the hotel know that if these issues were not resolved, I would have no choice but to leave an honest review. Unfortunately, nothing has been done.

Mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and follow-through. A simple callback, a copy of the alleged signed receipt, or a genuine effort to investigate the matter would have gone a long way. Instead, I’ve spent three weeks chasing a resolution with no results.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management takes guest concerns more seriously in the future.

I will start here again.
Pros:

Great stay here. Our first services liason was super friendly and helpful. She sold the place. She needs a raise for going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfy. Great location. No charge for parking was a plus.

Cons:

Having to park so far and out of sight. Paying for breakfast when most offer continental for free.
