Important information:

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in.

Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate.

Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Cons:

Checking in was chaos it took in hour to just get to our room and that was after the check in time 3. We got to the room and the floor was sandy and some wet spots. I booked two beds but wasn’t told it was based off availability and ended up with one king bed.
The food was so bland and not enjoyable. The drinks were great but skimped on the alcohol. The staff was friendly and fun.

No entendí a los meseros, cuando entrabamos curiosamente me tocó casi en todos desayuno, comida cena y en ambos restaurantes que me decían que no me podía sentar en dónde había elegido, en el restaurante de abajo no podía elegirlo pero llegaban los demás y sin problemas podían quedarse ahí, y en el restaurante de arriba me pasó lo mismo, no quise enojarme pero me pasó 5 de 6 veces que fui.

Well located. Affordable price and great food.

We did not have internet during our stay. People on the front desk were kinda rude when asking them for the internet service and also, our room was not ready until 4pm

Viagem a Cancun

Atendentes muito educados e atencioso

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com o Quarto. Primeiro dia faltou água quente. Segundo dia problemas com ar condicionado. Terceiro dia problemas de uma obras bem em cima do nosso apto. Só melhorou quando fomos transferidos para outro quarto mais apropriado e melhor localizado.

Maltrato entre empleados

La.habitacion muy linda con una.vista increible.

Cons:

El trato de empleados con ellos mismos ..se hacían ver quien. Tenía mas rango para retaar a otro ..eso me.parecio horrible encima adelante de la gente ...miy mal aspecto.
