Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in.
Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate.

Point positif nous avons pu manger notre repas du midi a 15h lors du Check in et y prendre notre dernier repas après le Check out de 12h

Buffet et restaurant bien mais pas ouf, surtout le petit déjeuner qui était médiocre
Pas d’électricité durant toute la matinée, douche a la lumière du téléphone et sans climatisation
Notre chambre était cote rue, un bouquant il n’y a pas d’autres mots, nous avons très très mal dormi
Literie mauvaise également dans notre lit
Personnel de la réception peu aimable mais pas le cas au buffet par exemple
Parking pas très bien indiqué le Check in est compliqué…
Очень понравилась территория отеля , бассейны ! Чистота просто везде, персонал очень дружелюбный))) Питались по системе все включено - еда просто превосходная и разнообразная. Особое спасибо шеф повару в зале где Шведский стол было все вкусно. Много рыбы. С большим удовольствием вернемся в этот отель еще.
Lo mejor: la comida y el servicio de los restaurantes, especialmente la atención y amabilidad de Israel, Daniel, José, Samuel y Raúl.
La disponibilidad de camas en la playa, excelente. La locación: buenísima. La playa siempre limpia y muy tranquila.
Lo que dicen del WiFi es verdad, no funciona bien todo el tiempo.
Lo que deben mejorar urgente: el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones, y en general la disposición y atención de las señoras que arreglan los cuartos. Muy muy regular.

La zona donde está, la parte de la playa muy linda.
El desorden para poder comer, hay mucha fila. La habitación no fue lo que pedí , contraté con cama doble y solo me dieron una cama matrimonial porque no habían más, pero si me ofrecieron otra habitación por más dinero.
