Rent, facilitet, komfortabelt, udsigten

Cons:

Transport bestilt gennem hotellets reception opleves som forholdsvis dyrt. Det kan desuden være lidt besværligt at få hjælp fra personalet, hvis man ønsker at opgradere sit ophold. Derudover savnede vi et separat kvindeområde i spaafdelingen – særligt ved den tyrkiske hamam, som vi personligt oplevede som grænseoverskridende at skulle benytte i et blandet miljø

Fijn verblijf met een mooi uitzicht
Pros:

Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad en zijn positief verrast.

De locatie is ideaal: net buiten de drukte van het centrum, maar toch goed bereikbaar. Met de auto ben je bovendien snel bij het winkelcentrum Istinye Park, wat erg handig is.

De spa is absoluut een hoogtepunt. De faciliteiten zijn uitgebreid en goed onderhouden, met onder andere een sauna, thermaal bad, hamam en een zwembad. Echt een plek om volledig tot rust te komen!

De kamers zijn comfortabel, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, met een ruime keuze en goede kwaliteit.

Daarnaast verdient het personeel een compliment: zeer attent en vriendelijk, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakt.
Wij hebben hier echt van genoten en kunnen dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Cons:

Houd er wel rekening mee dat er bij aankomst een borg wordt gevraagd van €50 of 2000 lira, maar deze krijg je bij het uitchecken netjes terug.

Very comfortable and amazing hotel
Pros:

Actually, we like everything. From the reception to the spa. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful; everyone was very polite and smiling. The mattresses in the room were very comfortable, as were the high-end toiletries. All amenities and a minibar were provided. Very good choice of food and drinks

the cleaning lady could have tried a little harder because she kept rearranging our things and we had to search for them later
